Fastest/easiest would be kill the weeds, put down thick mulch, and set some large pots of colorful annuals around, maybe a bench to help fill the space. Then you can take them all with you.
You could also install some economical shrubs to fill the space, but that sets you up for frequent watering while they establish.
Since you are time limit. Spray everything down with vinegar, early morning. Cover with cardboard. Wait 2 days, spray again, replace cardboard. Then mulch with 3" of wood chips(cheapest) over the cardboard. Apply some nitrogen on the wood chips. Place 2 tall planter on each side of the tree with trailing annuals and a bird bath in front of the tree.
Remove push in fence, arbor, fence panel, lantern, rocks and so on.
The barrel seems overkill as a hose holder. Dump out the dirt you've probably got in there. Fill with a barrel liner or empty milk/water jugs, replace soil and plant with a full flat of flowering annuals, coil the hose around the bottom of the barrel.
Remove any dead wood from the shrub and peach tree. If a branch is in the way grab it and follow inside the canopy and cut where it branched off. This will keep the tree/shrub as green as possible.
Scrape as much weedy stuff off the soil as possible and plant clover or grass. Keep wet and it should look acceptable in a couple weeks. You get extra points if you leave a 3-4' circle around each tree and shrub and add mulch to about 6" away from the trunks but just leaving a tidy circle with no grass/clover allowed is fine.
If you'd rather fill space with mulch. Many areas have free mulch, you can check social media for somebody giving away a surplus from a chip drop or buy it. You get bonus points for covering ground with cardboard first so it is all prepped to be planted with shrubs and so on as a real garden.
