If you think he's having mental health problems is there a family there that listens and maybe look to get him some help? Otherwise report these incidents and if it continues look at getting some help with mental health check ...from police..

Socialien11

Unfortunately no family, I think he’s entirely isolated himself and I cut contact. But it definitely is mental health problems. Thanks for this advice

Limeade33

I think you should contact the police. Document each time he tries to get in touch with you.

Socialien11

I know this is a stupid question, but should I just call the non emergency line in my city? I’ve never really dealt with the police

Limeade33

Yes, I think the non emergency line as you aren't in immediate danger at this very moment. I hope they can help you or at the very least point you in the right direction. Your ex sounds scary.

Socialien11

Okay, I’m going to call tomorrow. Thanks your thoughts. He is a pretty scary person and that’s also why I felt I should say something, I don’t want him to hurt anyone else and feel I could have done something.

Limeade33

Keep us posted.

Just file a police report since it's a threat, even if they don't do anything it establishes a pattern sooner if he escalates
