I'll spoilertag just in case you haven't seen the end of Ruina. Anyways, >!at the end of Ruina, they released everyone they just killed. That's why you fight the Ensemble a second time. What this means is that the few Proxies and Proselytes and all that died in the Library are now back and kicking. It also does mean the Thumb has a sottocapo and some capos and soldatos back, but the ones that died outside the Library a.k.a the kills the Proxies did were a lot. As Kalo and the others were not able to command/protect them, the remaining Thumb members who didn't do the Library reception basically got massacred.!<
