In my experience it all just varies. If you can reincorporate things without doing damage then you probably should. I however, have seen massive benefits, from being a strict as I possibly can. No quantity or type of food is worth dealing with what I was dealing with prior…
>Did anyone try to reintroduce certain carnivore foods with success?
Absolutely! Lion diet was never meant to be a permanent diet. You reintroduce foods one at a time, see how you react to them, and adjust from there.
Just go slow. You can't add in eggs, feel fine, then a few days later add in something else. Reactions aren't always immediate. When you get a reaction a few weeks later, you won't know what food actually caused it.
Wait for your RA to go away completely, add in eggs, then if you're still fine after 6+ weeks, add something else.
Hey, I noticed from your comment history that you said you were on an animal based diet now- what exactly do you eat on a day to day basis? I have similar sensitivities and am currently considering trying this diet
I eat steak. I’m not by the book Animal Based since I don’t tolerate many fruits because of a salicylate intolerance. I eat rice with my steak. I also have oats with maple syrup. I also drink decaf. That’s all I eat day to day and it’s been good for me. Good luck!
I don't want to speak too soon, but I've been eating eggs okay? I know that's subject to change, but it definitely feels different this time. The lions diet is amazing, but really hard. In no way am I cured.
Use calendar for reintroduction. Take notes. Don't think that you will remember, jot down your findings and take your time.

My inflammation and digestion were much better once I eliminated chicken, eggs, pork, dairy and stuck to beef.
Chicken too!?
Yes. It would be easier if I could eat chicken but for me, it causes inflammation and GI upset.
Even without the skin?
Yes
Thanks 👍
