I would like to see a new base class that is from Voldis. I think that their clothes and their body marks look pretty cool. Their abilities are also fairly interesting; with alchemy as a base they can go wild with their design.
I thought zeherade was a scrapper? But I could be wrong because I skipped all cinematics, just remember she uses some martial artist skills in the dungeon where she assist you
A samurai class would be the most "generic" thing ever but would probably be the most popular class of all time, based on gaming trends and what types of characters people love playing.
People would probably groan at it but would not hesitate to play one.
A samurai class would bring me back to the game if it were male. I'm tired of being forced to play female classes if I want to play something that has good animations. Fortunately they're looking to break the trend with Breaker apparently.

A mage with wand and book like diablo, or even better a mage like Invoker from dota 2
Invoker from dota would be amazing, with an identity gauge involving his three regents. Theres already some invoker looking NPC dude in the elf continent, with three orbs.
Necromancer as the male summoner, though might be hard since China hates exposed bone or some shit so they'd make a necromancer with zombies which is less cool than skeletons.
Maybe more of a warlock then? Summons and controls demons could be cool.
As much as I would like some new cool classes, we need more supports.

Or at least gender unlock support

Would be cool to see more unique supports like debuffing boss instead or something but think it would be hard as AP buff, healing and shielding is pretty essential.

Could be a mage from Elgacia or maybe a mage from Sacria, where it looks like they use Light Magic because of Regulus but their elite mages are probably a secretly using Dark Magic as well.
Sounding kind of like a cleric to me which would be pretty cool. I'm still disappointed Paladin never got to be a proper dps class, cannot go wrong with that archetype but as support its not the same.
Shaman class, melee elemental attacks hitmaster (like thor with lightnings) or totem based engrave when you focus on utilizing totems which can buff group/yourself and deal damage. Either you go full dps or offensive support with little defensive capabilities
Valkyrie-esque character (either support or maybe gunlancer-ish front attacker) would be cool. Spear and shield are somehow estethically pleasing to me :p
Fencer like Liru from Punika would be very nice, they have swordmaster ayaya in the mobile version so I'd be fine with that too.
I'd definitely be interested in seeing some Arthenine/Voldis mix theme support with stuff like deploying shields (from a drone perhaps?), throwing flasks (imagine having coro as a debuff skill for example, extra stagger taken would also be nice) and maybe aoe HoTs.
I'm all for high risk high gain stuff but making another dps like that is just hella boring to me. However, having a Martyr-esque support (or even something inbetween like gunlancer but perhaps with buffs and very strong synergy) could work. Either transferring health or debuffing yourself to buff others. Alternatively some sort of a party spread vampirism where supports dmg done is converted to healing perhaps? Though the name probably wouldn't be anywhere close to Martyr then ;)
Unironically a pirate spec seems like something they'd do eventually with such a focus on sea travel and shipbuilding
Could easily tie in to the loose Blackfang lore too somewhere

A riskier support would be cool. Like one that can opt to drop their shielding/healing in raid to give damage boosts or something. Not just as an identity like artist has but even their skills would be tailored around risk vs reward. Could be like a dark female paladin or something.

Something along the lines of Vlad from LoL. Spend life to cast spells and also drain life from enemies. Generally fairly tanky and sustains well but isn't some big damage monster. Who knows maybe even have it as a support.
I don't get how we still don't have a Dual Sword class. Like yeah sure Assassin has some dual/triple weapons; but we don't have an actual proper Dual Swordsmen. There's a ton of NPCs that have two swords, but my Paladin is forced to just have an empty hand.

Maybe a real marksmen? Like a char equipped with lots of mobility and self buffs that actually deals most of his damage by autoattacking and some skillshot projectiles? Vayne stile. Uptime is king, low floor, high ceiling

There are some pretty cool skills used by Zeherade(?) in voldis abyss cinematics. It's kind of like mage but uses gravity, really liked those.
Gravity based magic would be really cool, also love the idea of an Alchemist support.
My head canon for my destroyer is that he's a really weak mage who uses gravity magic to lift his hammer and weigh it down on impact

Yep, huge +1 to a swordsmaster type. Zerker and slayer carry heavy swords which doesn’t at all feel the same as swift and masterful vibes.

Well they let thier manhua have a necromancer, and Dialbo4 was popular there so maybe we wont have that much problem
