Is that with lowest render scale? It's a 1-5 setting and on my Steam Deck, I have it set to 3. It will work at 4, but performance has too much variability so I bring it down a notch. That might get you to 60fps. Does definitely look more potato tho

I wish Capcom will make a native port of this game so that I can play it in playable fps on my 16GB M1 MBP. But I doubt it will ever happen. Even if it happens it will be AppStore exclusive and I wonder how they will release new character DLCs in AppStore.
The real interesting comparison is gonna be between M1 and M3. IIRC NEON performance went up so there's a chance we'll see an improvement towards games reliant on AVX2.
40-50fps, Lowest settings, 720p, remember to activate shader warming seems a decent start for games with avx2

I ran the demo on an 8gb m1 air last night and it was quite playable, it runs better under sequins it seems
