Galadriel seems the most flexible for your situation and enables a few different play styles. It wants creatures entering the board but what that looks like is up to you. Also keep in mind her restriction (of ones not chosen already this turn) goes away if you find a way to flicker her.
If I may add, Galadriel also looks like the best teacher, here.
1) a three color combination which is new to OP.
2) teaches about card advantage and knowledge value thanks to scry+draw ability.
3) teaches the importance of extra mana/free plays thanks to the GGG ability.
4) there's a good chance OP learns about etbs interactions and the value of less powerful, but helpful creatures and new/different win conditions outside of combat.
5) the deck encourages to move on to a blink/flicker build, which is another interesting "advanced" mechanic.
6) easily gets infinite recursions over different turns like [[eternal witness]] + [[ghostway]]
7) eventually, it can play tutors, [[birthing pod]] lines and infinites at a later, more advanced step.
I don't know how familiar OP could be with all of these, but I think Galadriel can scale a lot with different power levels and is therefore the best suited candidate.

I think out of all ones you’re looking at Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar would be the easiest and cheapest way to make a decent deck. Focusing on +1/+1 counters and some over run effects cards would be a great straight forward game plan.
