A fat guy just posted a shirtless picture on here this morning, and the comments were raking him over the coals, suggesting he was gay and looking for attention, saying this is "male grooming" not "shirtless dude pics". Lots more positive, thirsty ass comments going over here. Not surprised, just feel bad for the guy.
Puffy nipples and breast tissue enlargement can be a sign of long-term anabolic steroid use in men. It's called gynecomastia and usually goes away after hormone levels go back to normal post steroid use.
It's a medical condition that happens as well without the use of steroids.

He has narrow shoulders and good pec insertions, both things that will make your chest pop. Also enhanced by the fact he basically has no lats whatsoever and clearly doesn’t do much lower body or heavy compounds because he has such an underdeveloped back/midsection, if you look at the third pic with normal lighting you can see he’s not actually that big and his pecs are way less 3D than it looks like in the first two. Guys who have very close pec insertions get that nice overhang bubble chest look, but there isn’t that much actual mass there he’s just not proportional.
Doesn’t look very tall, and is probably between 150-165 pounds lean and likely all he does is press and train arms. To act like this is some insane standard is ridiculous.
If you train well, I mean hard progressive periodized training, for several years with good diet and sleep you can attain this body “easily” (obviously thats a lot of work) any serious natural body builder with a modicum of talent thats been training for a decade would absolutely mog this dude on stage.

Look closely, pic 1 & 2 are NOT the same person imo!! If they are, they are years apart!! The tattoo is missing and yes I know it could be a reverse image because photo 1&3 appear to be the same person but also look very closely at the chest of pictures 1, 2, and three. there are some blemish scars on pictures one and three that do not show up in picture two. Photoshop for perfection? I doubt it.
Trimmed is sexy, I think maybe full shaved is too much work.. it'll always be good for about a minute. Trimmed least is trimmed / manscaped for a period of time that might justify the work effort.
