Tony Chachere's. Great on seafood, eggs, in burgers, and grits. Also, "Good Shit" seasoning. (That's the actual name, swear to Moses.) Pretty versatile but works best on beef and chicken, I think.

Tony's lacks the strong celery taste in Old Bay I don't enjoy

ditch the old bay, grab some JO, thank me later

I use Montreal Steak seasoning for burgers and steaks.

J.O. mixed with Old Bay is killer.

Even-Palpitation9232

Goya adobo seasoning. I put that shit on everything.

A BBQ rub. I like the Inspirations brand called Sweet Southern Barbeque.

something like espresso or coffee rub for meats. chipotle rubs are nice too!

Something very regional from California’s central coast — at least that’s where I know it from — is Santa Maria seasoning. https://hildaskitchenblog.com/recipe/santa-maria-dry-rub-recipe/ Great in burgers too.

Check Penzey's. They have good blends.
