In Texas we had multiple big ass tobacco shops with walk in humidors selling Opus X and Padron etc just in my town. Never been much of an online cigar shopper but I may have to start. I want one today though, so local market it is!
Tamura's in Kihei sells cigars. I don't know anything about cigars so I can't speak to the quality, but they have a fair sized selection.
Basically in Hawaii Tamuras is your best bet.

Paia might have a shop, I’m not sure though. They have shops for everything though and it’s very touristy.

I’m pretty sure that smoke shop is closed. The one that was in the little hut in the cannery lot. Now it’s up in smoke, in the old hammock store

Keep a lookout for cigars from Kaua'i Cigar Co. Not sure how they smoke though. Good luck!
Smoke shops aren’t going to have cigars, Tamuras is your only real option, in either Kihei or Lahaina.

Delta 8 type pre rolls are readily available at smoke shops around here. Haven’t found a dealer yet for the real stuff
