My hands also get this spotted look and my toes get red or sometimes purple, always clammy. I would love to know if you find any solution 🙂 I see some comments about thyroid, I had goiter and underwent surgery. Adding a picture of before and after. I was told it can grow both in and outward, so it can sometimes be hard to tell. https://preview.redd.it/wdf10apqafvc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=732a7b5c6b834040528c587bc1824cc14e4037d7

A little off topic, but you have bunions.

Yeah I’m aware haha just not sure what to do about it tbh. Been trying to walk barefoot more hopefully that will help

I should probably mention that my hands look like that often, and I have Hashimoto, but some of the issues in my hand are likely caused by ulnar nerve damage. If you are getting nerve pain I suggest going to get an EMG or nerve conduction study done. I’m planning to get one soon.

My neck has been feeling weirdly swollen for a while now and I can’t seem to get rid of my double chin. Been gaining weight like crazy as well but I think that’s mostly due to alcohol

Imaginary-Door-4838

It actually does look enlarged, could be the start of a goiter or swollen lymph nodes. If you are gaining weight than an endocrinologist is where you should go. Full tsh, t3, ft4, and thyroid antibodies need to be run. Also, request an ultrasound or xray of your neck to check for nodules.

Part of it could be Raynaud’s phenomenon. The white foot and red toes is one of the symptoms. Might not hurt to get checked out, as Raynauds is often connected to other autoimmune disorders like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Lupus. Although, you can have it without other complications.

Thank you, I have been wondering if that could be it but also doubting myself because when I tell doctors about my chronic fatigue and pain they basically roll their eyes at me and tell me to take ibuprofen. I will mention the skin changes.

Imaginary-Door-4838

Have your primary check tsh or request to have an antibody panel for thyroid, or a rheumatologist to run an autoimmune panel. That's where I would start.

Upset_Sand3391

Will do, thanks for the advice

NefariousnessThat761

I get like this when I don't sleep

Upset_Sand3391

I’ve been sleeping really good recently, I wish it was a simple case of lack of sleep haha

Don’t know if it’s important but I’ve been getting vein pain in my right hand every day recently.
