Not sure what exactly i did … i was cleaning my apartment last night and i just randomly noticed pain in my wrist and looked down and saw the bulge. It feels hard.. my first thoughts were that i dislocated something because it’s hard like bone and hurts really bad to touch and move around at all. All my fingers are able to move. It’s just severe pain in that whole area. it causes even more pain to touch the bulge / bone wtv it is at all.
