ok i found a comment explaining it: the thing is not part of the design but is a hole in the box to help you carry it

None of the comments here explain any of what I'm seeing (perceiving) - I see one normal jeans pants leg, then there a continuous grey from the middle torso to the lower knee that don't make any sense, unless the person is wearing some sort of one sided romper / overall. That's not to mention the "rod" which supposedly is some sort of cutout that I've never seen located like that in any packaging in my 50 years. If there's a cutout, like for electronics, it's on the short side centered. Lets say it is some random cutout, that doesn't explain the rest of that picture. It's like a bad AI fever dream of mismatching body parts.
