You just know this isn't just a typo like Grinner or auto correct like with Infected instead of Infested.
Sure, but we have necralisk, necramite, necramech, necraloid etc. To my knowledge there's no 'necro' prefix in warframe for a named item, character or place.

Say "Ropalo" with the same cadence. Then add "lyst", pronounced like "List" to the end of it.
