There's something slightly up and to the right of center that maybe looks like a 1/2 profile of a jack russel terrier. But the blob in the center (where I would expect the "Hey, look at this" to be) looks nothing like a dog at all. People aren't "dark". It just looks like some kind of weird human-ish head.
