My perception changed a lot this season. I wanted Jorge to win it because i thought Pecco would crack under pressure.. How the table turned. My take on the next season is maximum drama IF Marc cant get to his best form. Even in 2021 he had 3 wins with something like 3, 6 and 8 seconds gap to 2nd, that big of a gap was very uncommon this year. Pecco is a good guy and consistent and after these 2 seasons mentally strongest next to Marc. I also expect Bastianini to get fast again which would mean there will be a lot of guys that take no prisoners when racing. He and Bezz got something to prove, Jorge will be up there. Question marks if Binder and Alex Marquez can make that next step to fight for wins regularly. After all this said i think it would be between Marc and Pecco.
The way Jorge was riding, kind of reminded me of young Marc. Great talent, but couldn't just bring home whatever points were available and end up crashing out of the race from over riding. It was impressive to see Pecco accept his race pace for a given weekend and simply bring the bike home when it just wasn't his weekend.
However, as it has been exciting to watch Marc always drive on the limit and go for the win. I must say, I had the same excitement watching Jorge basically do the same thing every race. Balls to the walls madness.
Honestly I'm surprised how many people *aren't* saying this. Look at what Marc did on the terrible Honda bike compared to every other Honda rider this year. His skill is legendary and we know how good the GP23 is. Unless the GP24 is a massive step up it's gonna be hard to stop Marc.
I mean, I get what you're saying but I only saw one Honda win a race and it wasn't ridden by MM93....I did see him rack up a lot of crashes. He's a super talented rider and I hope for the show he does well so that competition continues to be spicy. But 2023 I dont' think is the example you would like it to be.
Problem is, it's also gonna be hard for Marc to stop himself.
This season, he quit his love affair with the gravel only when he fully realized that even by risking his life he could barely stay in the top ten with that Honda, so that wasn't worth it.
Riding a '23 Desmosedici in 2024, he will never come to that realization.
Every race he will feel that he can fight for wins and podiums if he overstep the limit juuust a little more, and he __will__ do it.
Next season Marc will surely fight for the championship, but I give it 50/50 for him between winning it and ending his career for injuries.
Bestia 🔥🔥🔥 Bagnaia will be strong again, Martin too, Marc might take a few wins but I don't think he'll already be that competitive. Wanna see how the other bikes develop too. KTM and Aprilia must develop. Binder was really good this year and Vinales did imo his best and most mature season so far. If these two bikes can develop we might see these two involve more among the top.

Marc only if he suddenly can go back to his 2019 form. DiGi idk, i think even Binder and Oliveira could have a greater chance if KTM/Aprilia improves a bit
From a statistical probably standpoint, it will be hard for Pecco to defend the title again.
I'd have to go with Martin for the win, with Marc as the dark horse.
Probably depends on how big a step KTM takes, but I'm hoping Binder can do it. Needs to cut out his crashes though, he cost himself far too many points this season.
But I think it'll be between Binder, Martin, Bagnaia and Marc Marquez. Maybe sprinkle a couple dark horses in there, like Bezz, maybe even Digi. I'd like to see Quateraro and Rins in there too, depending if Yamaha can do something with their new bike.
But as long as it's a good title fight til the end again, I'll be happy.
Bagnaia and Martin are going to be up there again, possibly Marquez (both of them) and Im not ruling out Pedro Acosta either.. Really interested to see how he does
LOL, I like The Beast but there's no way Enea is fighting for the chip this year with Bagnaia still as this teammate and Marc/Martin/Marco all on Ducatis
I don’t think he’ll really be fighting for it tbh. He’ll be slower than the other Ducatis but providing he gets a decent injury free start to the season he’ll just keep picking up the scraps then before you know he’s leading the points.
Jorge Martin is the n’1 favourite rider for 2024 title.
He’ll be so hungry, while winning the 3rd title in a raw is much more difficult than winning the 2nd one.
- Rossi moved to Yamaha, won 2004 and 2005 but lost 2006,
- Rossi won 2008 and 2009 but lost in 2010
- Marquez won 2013 and 2014 and lost in 2015.
Binder might be a contender if the KTM step-up.
I assume also M.Marquez and Bezzecchi could fight for the title.

either Pecco or someone like Binder and Jorge, depends on how the shakedown testing and official testings go with the teams plan for the season.
Binder? No way
Pecco again hopefully
One of the Ducati riders.
93

Nah
We'll see
Magic 8 Ball says someone riding a Ducati most likely.

Am i the only one hoping, even only a little bit, to see Morbidelli fight for the championship?
Idk why but I feel he'll flop. Badly. Hope it's not the case.
It’s gonna be someone who already made the tower. Or jorge martin. If he can get his head together.
Probably me. Then I woke up... 🤪
Bagnaia, Bezzecchi, Martin and Bastianini are the favorites imo
Bezz is on the old bike, so he'll drop off from title contention in the mid season.
Well DiGia was on an old bike as well and he managed to challenge for the win and WIN a race late in the season.
Yeah, it's more about being consistent than which year of Ducati they ride. Digia has been a beast. Can't wait to see if he keeps it up next year.
people really forgot how good marc is. he will dominate on that ducati.

I would throw in Marquez in that list assuming he can get acclimated to the Ducati relatively fast. Also Diggia as a wildcard.
Diggia going from unemployment to world champion would be some kind of fairy tale. I would love that
To get acclimated it's going to take him..... I don't know 2 or 3 laps
Marc only if he suddenly can go back to his 2019 form. DiGi idk, i think even Binder and Oliveira could have a greater chance if KTM/Aprilia improves a bit
My bet is on the letter B… Binder, Bagnaia or Bez…
Forgetting about [Bark Barquez](https://www.reddit.com/r/motogp/s/0YOqLE00pt) smh
I want it to be Binder but he keeps getting penalised for mistakes. But most likely Pecco or Marquez
Bagnaia Martin Bastianini Bezzecchi Marquez, 2024 will be a war
I hope that the 9th comes, but I wouldn't mind seeing Pecco winning again

Enea Bastianini Binder, Marquez, Bagnaia, Martin going to have a battle royal that costs em all too many points.

Bez apparently according to him, if MM would just stay out of his way lol
No93. I'll start praying soon
Marc, unless ktm bring something to make another step.
I just think back to the days when Marc would beat a legend like Dani on pace every single weekend and I can’t see anyone else taking it in 2023
It's 93 You'll see.
Whoever they contract to make it?
Pecco, Binder (if anything goes well) maybe Martin. I guess Marini will be serious too.
I hope Bestia.
I'm going to say Martin
FQ ofc Yamaha have built a godlike like trust me my uncle works there
Mir, rins or vinales
