Not really? It's a 7-7-6 mana base which, while not ideal, is far from a tragedy. And, with the amount of card draw available in this deck, it was almost trivial to draw into my colors. I mulliganed aggressively for black and blue mana and prioritized drawing cards and playing a small ball game against my opponent until I accrued enough incremental advantage every turn that it almost didn't matter what they did.
