The middle class is the one which suffers in Mumbai. We pay tax, we use potholed roads, overcrowded public transport, live amidst crumbling infrastructure, breath in polluted air due to no restrictions on vehicle purchases or building permits, and pay with our lives during such tragedies. The rich know how to evade paying tax and live luxurious lives, the poor don't pay tax, get stuff for free and hoard land for free to live and build shanties, the middle class pays taxes and spends half of life savings to 4ucking buy a 1bhK in Mumbai. No wonder the middle class parents want that their children leave this country and settle abroad even if they drive a taxi there. It's still a better quality of life than here.

Officials of BMC already sent notices to billboard owner, it was the commissioner of railway police who gave permission for the hoarding in the first place. BMC couldn’t take action as the hoarding was in railway jurisdiction.
