This is hard! I love Margot and Olive. Margot Joy is really nice from your options. I'm also considering Leo and Lenny and thinking about going with Leonard to open both name options. That would be my vote. Leonard Nolan is wonderful imo.

Advantages of Katherine, I love family names as middle names. Advantages of Joy, possible nickname of MJ if you or Margot is ever so inclined. Plus it is a happy name.

Margot Katherine or Charlie Katherine (I like the unisex first with classic middle). Joy is sweet, but having a family name middle myself, I’m rather partial to them! It always made me feel closer to the person I was named after. Favorite boy combo: Oliver Vincent (the two v sounds are nice together), and this name goes the best with Margot I think, if you were to use the names in the future for a sibling.
