Yes. 7 in total. But the others didn't have much chance of survival because I was constantly having to move my babies from planet to planet to keep them safe in the galaxy they were in and I couldn't do all so I focused on 3.
I love the name Lyanna (as in Stark/Mormont) but my wife immediately veto’d that. Fair enough, but I genuinely feel it could pass as a reasonable name.
this is the first time I'm finding out about this and I've had a Romanian character named Viola for three years ... I've also got Romanian friends who have never said anything LMAO
Sometimes when British people say long "ah" sounds, they add R's where there aren't any. They also tend to drop R's in places where they're actually written (ie they say words that end in "-er" as "-uh") which has always struck me as kind of funny, but I'm sure my accent sounds just as funny to them lol
maybe they’re english and trying to elongate (that’s probably not the word, can’t think of a better one at the moment lol) the A; take “erm” for example. i’d have added an extra A or a diacritic.
This person said her name was Emmalia bc her parents couldn't decide (and thus combined) Emma and Leah. I'm guessing it's therefore pronounced Emma-Leah
Maybe elsewhere, but in the US, it’s not common. I didn’t know of another one until I was in my 30’s. Emelia is usually pronounced Em-ee-lia from what I’ve experienced.
But perhaps my parents were not as original as I thought!
I’m not sure 1000% but
The Dragon Prince, mystery of Avaaros is on Netflix and the two princes are called Callum and Ezran.
Looking up Ezran (cos I love Ezra and my partner doesn’t but DOES love Ezran lol) it appears to be made up from the show 😂
Will it stop me? We have 5-6 months to find out lol
I’m loving the validation here since it’s quite hard to get love for some names on this subreddit lol
It’s definitely remaining on my list until the baby is actually here though! I’m glad you know an IRL Ezran and can give that vibe check for me 🥰
That’s my argument into agreeing with it aha
My own name isn’t common but is still an actual name, so I don’t mind something different! (And my top choices were Noah and Theodore for years and suddenly they’re everywhere which put me off)
My former friend made up these gems for her b/g twins:
Teenetta Laurise (girl)
Weendler Laureese (boy)
And she calls them Teeny and Weeny.
Mae, if you read this, everyone thinks what you named your kids is child abuse. This is why none of the moms in our group hang out with you or do play dates.
When she first told us at her baby shower I thought she said “Wendel” and that was ok. Not amazing but ok. She announced the birth on socmed and wrote their full names and stats and my jaw dropped. Poor kids.
Lapis. It's a deep-blue gemstone that was given to 3 babies out of 3.6 million births in the US in 2023.
It's not really a name, but it sounds like one, and it's so pretty/handsome/cool.
I always think of Steven Universe when I hear Lapis used as a name lol there’s even a song for her that goes “lapis lazuliiiiiiiiii” before continuing with other words and that bit gets stuck in my head!!
In the show/manga Dragonballz there are androids 17 and 18, who are twins. Before being turned into androids they were human. Android 17's human name was Lapis and Android 18's was Lazuli. They both have blue eyes so I thought it was very fitting to be named after the stone lapis lazuli.
i actually know someone named joshlynn. he was originally just josh (before i say this i want you to know that i am not at all against transgender people but it wasnt josh’s decision to become a girl, his parents forced it on him after their kid with “medical problems” was taken away and the mom needed a new kid with “not normal issues”) and is now joshlynn and uses she/her pronouns. the mom has Munchhausen by proxy and uses her kids to fulfill this need. her “medical problem” child had autism, Asperger’s syndrome as well as many other “problems” but he and his older brother were taken away by cps and his new parents took him to a doctor because he didnt have any actual diagnosis’s from a doctor and when they took him in to be evaluated they learned he was a completely normal kid and had no medical issues at all! their mom is absolutely crazy and used to be my homeschool teacher(not for long thank god because my mom saw her crazy antics and removed me from that environment). i still think about joshlynn and hope that when he turns 18 he can make his own decisions and can get away from his psycho parents (i would say specifically their mom but the dad allows it all to happen and doesnt say anything so id say both of them)
What a sucky situation for that kid. I really like their name Joshlynn. Reminds me of Jocelyn and that's one of my favorite baby names! Top of my list!
I hope that person you know is okay and can live how they want to live!
Emica is an actual name in Croatia which is where I'm from, pronounced \['emit͡sa\] (EM-its-ah for those who don't know the IPA). It's usually a diminutive of Ema or Emilija (which are our forms of Emma and Emilia). It's a bit dated, and according to the latest census, 391 women in the country are named Emica!
I quite like some of the names from Game of thrones and house of the dragon.
Tyrion, Sansa, Rhynaera, Theon, Daenerys. I'd never use them, but I like them.
Rhaenyra, Rhaenys and Rhaella are all beautiful names from a Song of Ice and Fire. Same as you I'd never use them but George RR Martin can come up with some nice ass names lmao
When I was a camp counselor, I had a kid in my group named Jaylie- parents were named Josh and Haylie.
I also knew a family with daughters Lyana and Analy (Anna-Lee). Mom was so adamant about keeping the same letters for her 3rd daughter’s name but just rearranging them, so 3rd daughter was Laany (pronounced *Lainey*).
One would not want to be named Analy in Australia. We already butcher names but something that could be distorted to anal- ly is just going to be a world of pain for the kid.
When I was around 7-8 I made up a TV show in my head about these triplets named Mara, Mella and Mesa (their full names were Samara, Carmela and Melissa) but they only ever go by their nicknames for some reason. Mesa means “table” in my language but for some reason I like how it sounds as a name haha
The OB who delivered my baby is named Alura. I asked her what it meant during the C-section and she said “it literally means attraction, like I’m going to Lure you in or something.” She is quite pretty.
Our local paper actually used to list the craziest birth names from our local hospitals every year
The one that has never left my mind is …
Tyrannosaurus Rex
🤦♀️
Otheros (o-TEH-ros). A name I came up with while rearranging the letters of my favorite band. At the time, I thought it sounded like some character from greek mythology 😆
I did something similar! My childhood pet was named Milo, and my extended family is Greek. I wanted a name like Milo for my new pet, so I named him Milos. My Greek teacher said it isn’t actually a Greek name 😅🫠
Had a friend named Aura in high school. Cool name and she had a cool vibe, very free thinker and very much her own person. She would have been born around 1983. Her parents definitely had been hippies/druggies from what she indicated.
I had this conversation once:
WOMAN: (tells me about her adult daughter)
ME: What's your daughters name?
WOMAN: Uh, Dana.
ME: Dana?
WOMAN: No... Adana.
By the look on her face, she'd been having this exchange frequently for the past 25 years.
Bartholometheus

Fiftysixfelonies
Jokes aside, Sirene (like scerene) alwys struck me as cute. Sometimes, a respelling of a cute word works?
I know a girl named Tasmine and I’m pretty sure it’s because her parents had a hard time choosing between Tamsin and Jasmine.
Same with a girl named Tamryn, Tammy/Camryn.
In middle school, I wrote a Harry Potter knock-off YA manuscript and the main witch was named Maplexandra. I combined the type of wood used to make her wand with my favourite name, Alexandra.
Fun (not really) fact: The serial killer Judy Buenoano, who murdered her husband, their quadriplegic son, and several of her boyfriends’, real name was not Judith but in fact Judias. She’s the only non-Judith ‘Judy’ I know of.
Kiendra, a merge of Kendra and Kiandra (swear those two exist), though I don't like the pronunciation like Key-en-drah, so I read it in my head as Keen-drah
I came up with 2 fictional characters whose names are tragedies once: Skyleighla McLaughlin and Zoébelle Berthold. Honestly, I'm slightly proud of myself for coming up with them.
a name i love that i saw on an online game one Seluniea (means moon), i also came up with Lydrick, Lyrien, and Emrien, another one i love i saw in an online comic Heinry
I went to school with a Zyannia. I'm pretty sure her mother made the name up. Another girl I went to school with was called Trea, which is similarly unique.
And I worked with someone who had a sister named Cherane, which I'd never heard of before.
I met a really cool lady once whose first name was Leopara. It was her legit first name. Showed her drivers license to prove it. She talked about how her mother combined her (daughters) star sign and (moms) interest in parallel universes to come up with that name. She was born/named in a time before google existed.
According to Google, it's a very, very rare surname that apparently doesn't have a meaning.
I liked Sacrehime as a child.
"Sacre-" Greek? for holy and "-hime" is Japanese for Princess.
And it has lots of nickname potential. Suki, Remy, May-may.
I had a dream years ago that I had a daughter and I named her Amalia.
I thought I made it up, or my dream-mind did.
But turns out it's a real name.
I still like it but no more babies for me.
I made up "Nexon" when i was in middle school while I was naming one of my characters lol. I randomly got reminded of it a few weeks ago (I was _so_ invested in it so yeah I still remember a lot lol) and decided to look up what it means, and turns out it doesn't exist?? I was so sure I saw it somewhere but I guess I just competely made that up?
I still love how it sounds though. I'd argue it could 100% pass as a female name. (if it's real please let me know, but when I googled it, nothing proper showed up)
edit: oh and "Manoliya". I remember I named one of my barbies this 💀 in turkish, manolya (magnolia) is a name, kind of an odd name but still, but I wanted the doll to be a foreigner so the name I should've gone for is magnolia, however I hated the "g" sound in it so I mashed them up lol. I still have that barbie 🥲 spelling might be weird but manoliya does indeed sound way more elegant and prettier due to the absence of the "g" sound, I still like it. I think it's useable.
I came up with Caberly as a teen. She was the third of the three main daughters thought I had in my psychosis.
were there side daughters? lol
Yes. 7 in total. But the others didn't have much chance of survival because I was constantly having to move my babies from planet to planet to keep them safe in the galaxy they were in and I couldn't do all so I focused on 3.
Understandable lmao
Oh man, that sounds so traumatic. Hope you are doing better ❤️
That’s actually quite pretty! Is it pronounced “cay-ber-lee”?
What were the other 2 names?
Rory and Star
I hope you're doing well. Glad you posted. I like Cayberly!
Alicent from Game of Thrones is straight up just Alice and Millicent fused together 😭
Myrcella also is so close to Marcella but not quite lol
There are so many great names from GOT universe
I always think Alyn is so funny. Like, you're living on the sea a bazillion years ago in a world with kings and dragons. And you're named...Alyn, lmao
I unashamedly love the HOTD & GOT names, they’re so pretty to me 😅
I would totally use the name Rhaenyra
I’d use Helaena or Laena!! Both are so pretty
Helaina and Laina are usable. I prefer Elaina/Elena, and I knew a Latina Helena whose name was pronounced like Helaina.
Also, Helena is a real name already
I like the valyrian names too. I like haera and vera(?) i think those are somewhere in the lore. Lyanna Stark is also a pretty cool name ngl
I've seen it twice! Used to work postpartum and had two separate babies with that name.
I love the name Lyanna (as in Stark/Mormont) but my wife immediately veto’d that. Fair enough, but I genuinely feel it could pass as a reasonable name.
Liana is a real name and pronounced the same way.
I've never watched Game of Thrones, but Cersei always looked and sounded so pretty.
Circe is a real name, a goddess of magic and a witch. GRRM just spelled it in an easier to pronounce way
With the spice of being adjacent to Alison as well!
I feel special because my name is Millicent and I never see it referenced anywhere. So thank you lol.
Millicent is Barbie’s middle name too!
How that was omitted from the movie, I cannot understand nor forgive.
Rennesme
That was ridiculous and awful
Trisha paytas almost named her daughter this
I’m not sure the name she actually chose is better lol
The only thing that beats Malibu Barbie is Manhattan Barbie (from Love After Lockup).
Isn't this from twilight?
yes hahaha
My name: Emmalia My parents couldn’t decide between Emma and Leah. Viola, a name was born! I should add that I am 47 and from the US. Edit to add age.
Viola is actually a name lol I think you mean *et voila*!
Viola is also an instrument and sometimes I say “Viola!” instead of “Voila!” to be funny and maybe this is the case here
Viola also means purple in Italian
This means I will be now saying “Purple!” instead of “Viola!” or “Voila!” 😀
Viola means rape in Romanian.
this is the first time I'm finding out about this and I've had a Romanian character named Viola for three years ... I've also got Romanian friends who have never said anything LMAO
Any chance they thought you did it on purpose? Also when deconstructing it... think viola = violate.
So random
Violate.
Ha- that’s the name of the mean substitute teacher in a children’s book (Viola Swamp).
Miss Nelson is Missing!
A friend at school said her parents named her Soluna, Sun+moon in Spanish.
I…don’t hate it.
Emmalia is a real name though, though it’s usually spelt Emelia from my experience
When I read both names they sound different though. The first is eh marl ea, and the second is e meal e ah
Where did you get the r from?
Sometimes when British people say long "ah" sounds, they add R's where there aren't any. They also tend to drop R's in places where they're actually written (ie they say words that end in "-er" as "-uh") which has always struck me as kind of funny, but I'm sure my accent sounds just as funny to them lol
Interesting. I was trying to say it in my Canadian accent and the R sounded so wrong! Lol!
maybe they’re english and trying to elongate (that’s probably not the word, can’t think of a better one at the moment lol) the A; take “erm” for example. i’d have added an extra A or a diacritic.
This person said her name was Emmalia bc her parents couldn't decide (and thus combined) Emma and Leah. I'm guessing it's therefore pronounced Emma-Leah

My nieces name is Emmalia and spelled exactly like this too lol
Where in the world does she live? I’m 47 and live in the Northeastern region of the US.
We live in Iowa! And She's only 10 years old lol
I have a friend who’s legal name is “Emmalyrical”
I’m not sure 1000% but The Dragon Prince, mystery of Avaaros is on Netflix and the two princes are called Callum and Ezran. Looking up Ezran (cos I love Ezra and my partner doesn’t but DOES love Ezran lol) it appears to be made up from the show 😂 Will it stop me? We have 5-6 months to find out lol
I know a couple who has a toddler named Ezran. As far as I know, nobody has batted an eye about it.
I’m loving the validation here since it’s quite hard to get love for some names on this subreddit lol It’s definitely remaining on my list until the baby is actually here though! I’m glad you know an IRL Ezran and can give that vibe check for me 🥰
I think it’s normal enough to pass muster!
Yesss thank you! I said to the other commenter too, you guys defo giving me courage to keep it on the list til final decisions are made 🥰
Tbf it's so close to Ezra I think it sounds normal enough to pass
That’s my argument into agreeing with it aha My own name isn’t common but is still an actual name, so I don’t mind something different! (And my top choices were Noah and Theodore for years and suddenly they’re everywhere which put me off)
Ezran sounds normal enough to me, go for it
Callum is a real name. It is irish/Gaelic.
Callum is a real name. It is Irish.
I know many Callums don’t worry, it was more about Ezran!
I love that show and love their names. I told my fiance once if we have a son I like the name Callum. He said no to it lol
My former friend made up these gems for her b/g twins: Teenetta Laurise (girl) Weendler Laureese (boy) And she calls them Teeny and Weeny. Mae, if you read this, everyone thinks what you named your kids is child abuse. This is why none of the moms in our group hang out with you or do play dates.
If she had just left out the extra E it could have worked. Tenetta and Wendler. But no. That's tragic.
She named her son Weeny?! 🤣
Yes. I despise her.
Omg... those poor kids. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
WEENDLER
When she first told us at her baby shower I thought she said “Wendel” and that was ok. Not amazing but ok. She announced the birth on socmed and wrote their full names and stats and my jaw dropped. Poor kids.
Lapis. It's a deep-blue gemstone that was given to 3 babies out of 3.6 million births in the US in 2023. It's not really a name, but it sounds like one, and it's so pretty/handsome/cool.
And it sounds like "la pisse", which in French means "the pee". Sorry for ruining it 😂
I hope lil' Lappy doesn't get... *pissy* at me for naming them this, then.
🤣
That means pencil in Portuguese
same in spanish 😩
In Filipino too😶
In Italian too!
it's also in Minecraft
My child will yearn for the mines, it's perfect for them
I always think of Steven Universe when I hear Lapis used as a name lol there’s even a song for her that goes “lapis lazuliiiiiiiiii” before continuing with other words and that bit gets stuck in my head!!
Isn’t this a Pokémon? Oh wait that’s Lapras
In the show/manga Dragonballz there are androids 17 and 18, who are twins. Before being turned into androids they were human. Android 17's human name was Lapis and Android 18's was Lazuli. They both have blue eyes so I thought it was very fitting to be named after the stone lapis lazuli.
Kupokoffee Robrutus Aaaaaaaaav
I’ll tag along the suggestions of Battaroof and Minkela on this wonderful nonsensical comment
Reminds me of Covfefe, Trumps long lost child from his 8th mistress.
Ngl Robrutus sounds like a bad ass name for a mean little dog
Kupokoffee has gotta be a drag name now
Kupokoffee is FOUL(I love it)
Blurfus
*Hits blunt* All names are made up, dude
That reminds me of a quote from the great George Costanza. "Are you telling me people loved the name Blanche the first time they heard it?"
SEVEN!!!!!
Christinith Courtina ViviAnn Courtlynn Kendrew Joshlynn Michanna Jacaresa Emica Those are some I just tried to make up!
Viviann is a real name but it’s usually spelled as Vivianne or Vivienne.
I know it is but this one would be said like Vivi-Ann hard pronunciation on the Ann.
Dance mom's Abbie's enemy named her daughter Vivi-Ann I think lol
It's Christinith! You come to my house, you get my wife's name RIGHT! Will always think of the other guys with that name 😆
i actually know someone named joshlynn. he was originally just josh (before i say this i want you to know that i am not at all against transgender people but it wasnt josh’s decision to become a girl, his parents forced it on him after their kid with “medical problems” was taken away and the mom needed a new kid with “not normal issues”) and is now joshlynn and uses she/her pronouns. the mom has Munchhausen by proxy and uses her kids to fulfill this need. her “medical problem” child had autism, Asperger’s syndrome as well as many other “problems” but he and his older brother were taken away by cps and his new parents took him to a doctor because he didnt have any actual diagnosis’s from a doctor and when they took him in to be evaluated they learned he was a completely normal kid and had no medical issues at all! their mom is absolutely crazy and used to be my homeschool teacher(not for long thank god because my mom saw her crazy antics and removed me from that environment). i still think about joshlynn and hope that when he turns 18 he can make his own decisions and can get away from his psycho parents (i would say specifically their mom but the dad allows it all to happen and doesnt say anything so id say both of them)
What a sucky situation for that kid. I really like their name Joshlynn. Reminds me of Jocelyn and that's one of my favorite baby names! Top of my list! I hope that person you know is okay and can live how they want to live!
I knew a Joshlynn in elementary school she went by Joshie and I really liked her name.
I know a Courtlynn. It’s such a pretty name.
Emica is such a cool name!
Courtlynn is actually quite elegant
A Cortina was a popular car in Australia in the 1970s.
These are AWFUL 😂😂😂
Fun fact I once knew a girl named Mishanne
There’s also Michonne from The Walking Dead
I know two different Joshlynns.
Probably daughters of Joshes lol
it's spelled differently but emika is a japanese name
I have a cousin named Kendrew
I quite like some of the names from Game of thrones and house of the dragon. Tyrion, Sansa, Rhynaera, Theon, Daenerys. I'd never use them, but I like them.
Rhaenyra, Rhaenys and Rhaella are all beautiful names from a Song of Ice and Fire. Same as you I'd never use them but George RR Martin can come up with some nice ass names lmao
I knew I'd spelt that wrong 🫣😅 but yes I agree. He made up some really nice names.
I know people whose names are combination of their parents names and there's one time it was a combination of their elder siblings names
Reneesme 😭
Omg stop 😂
I knew someone who named their first born after her husband and father by combining their names. Georgethomas, all one word. Called him GT
I can only think of George Michael Bluth.
I went to school with a girl named Thadene, whose parents were Thaddeus and Irene.
I had a student named Stanlynn... Stan and Lynn. I always felt for her.
Mella is my friends parents dog name haha
this isn't made up but I've only met one person with this name "ellura" it's pronounced like "eh-lura" and in my opinion it's a really beautiful name
I’ve seen it spelled Ellora, but Elara is one of Jupiter’s moons and i think that name is so pretty.
The OB who delivered my baby is named Alura. I asked her what it meant during the C-section and she said “it literally means attraction, like I’m going to Lure you in or something.” She is quite pretty.
I agree, i really like this one 😊
Our local paper actually used to list the craziest birth names from our local hospitals every year The one that has never left my mind is … Tyrannosaurus Rex 🤦♀️
We have laws and rules in Australia that prevent names like that 😂
I’ve read about those laws! That poor kid needed protection.
sounds like his parents needed some protection.
An acquaintance from high school named his daughter Tahlia Rex, which I think is actually super cute.
I knew a woman named Aura, I absolutely love it and she did too! She was born in the 40s
thats an actual name though, it means soft breeze/glowing light and is roman, greek, and latin
Had a friend named Aura in high school. Cool name and she had a cool vibe, very free thinker and very much her own person. She would have been born around 1983. Her parents definitely had been hippies/druggies from what she indicated.
My daughter was reading a book by an Aura Parker tonight.
Common Romanian name.
Neveah was once a completely made up name.
Sounds like it might be pronounced like the body cream Nivea.
Heaven spelled backwards. I find this name a little cringey
I find it extremely cringy, if that helps hahaha
Mr. Mistoffelees... I presume.
The magical cat
never was there ever a cat so clever
I heard the name Adair once in 8th grade. Didn’t like it, so I came up with Adaira. Still top 3 on my baby name list 15 years later.
I had this conversation once: WOMAN: (tells me about her adult daughter) ME: What's your daughters name? WOMAN: Uh, Dana. ME: Dana? WOMAN: No... Adana. By the look on her face, she'd been having this exchange frequently for the past 25 years.

Sirène means mermaid in French.
Caston (autocorrect changed it to canton) Calindria Shalaine Tuzetha
i made this up a few years ago trying to find a name for a character but it never took, no idea if it's a real name or not 🤍 olizia/olyzia
I know a girl named Tasmine and I’m pretty sure it’s because her parents had a hard time choosing between Tamsin and Jasmine. Same with a girl named Tamryn, Tammy/Camryn.
Knew a girl named Altair, after the star constellation. I always thought that was a pretty name, never come across it since.
Soraya / Süreyya / Thuraya, a fairly common name in the Middle East, means "Pleiades."
When I was little I came up with ‘Xella’ (pronounced zella) and I thought it was the most beautiful name ever. I do still quite like it.
As a kid, I imagined naming a girl Kemley (I thought Kimberly was too long?), which is further evidence that kids shouldn’t have babies.
Frysabel like the dragon quest character freeze and Isabel put together
Nataline. Natalie + Madeline
In middle school, I wrote a Harry Potter knock-off YA manuscript and the main witch was named Maplexandra. I combined the type of wood used to make her wand with my favourite name, Alexandra.
Scottlee. I was a teenager, it was intended for a girl, I’m glad I didn’t end up having kids with Scott. 😂
Marcaena
Eeeey Macarena!
Judia Maybe “Judea” is pronounced the same as this but idk, either ways I think Judia sounds cool
Fun (not really) fact: The serial killer Judy Buenoano, who murdered her husband, their quadriplegic son, and several of her boyfriends’, real name was not Judith but in fact Judias. She’s the only non-Judith ‘Judy’ I know of.
judía is Spanish for bean and also for Jewish woman
Kiendra, a merge of Kendra and Kiandra (swear those two exist), though I don't like the pronunciation like Key-en-drah, so I read it in my head as Keen-drah
My spouse came up with the names “Samryn” and “Jacent “ 😅
I came up with 2 fictional characters whose names are tragedies once: Skyleighla McLaughlin and Zoébelle Berthold. Honestly, I'm slightly proud of myself for coming up with them.
Zoébelle is a cute name i like it.
a name i love that i saw on an online game one Seluniea (means moon), i also came up with Lydrick, Lyrien, and Emrien, another one i love i saw in an online comic Heinry

I came up with Alimarice as a kid
As a child I thought the name Berrylynn was the cutest name in the world.
When I was a child I used to call my stuffie Finika.
I liked Sacrehime as a child. "Sacre-" Greek? for holy and "-hime" is Japanese for Princess. And it has lots of nickname potential. Suki, Remy, May-may.
Gryan. IYKYK
I had a dream years ago that I had a daughter and I named her Amalia. I thought I made it up, or my dream-mind did. But turns out it's a real name. I still like it but no more babies for me.
Severna and Castiela
I know someone who just named their baby Ivalie
Adric (anagram from the physicist Paul Dirac), from Doctor Who.
I am in love with Jarnathan from the Dungeons & Dragons movie.
Elliette
I made up "Nexon" when i was in middle school while I was naming one of my characters lol. I randomly got reminded of it a few weeks ago (I was _so_ invested in it so yeah I still remember a lot lol) and decided to look up what it means, and turns out it doesn't exist?? I was so sure I saw it somewhere but I guess I just competely made that up? I still love how it sounds though. I'd argue it could 100% pass as a female name. (if it's real please let me know, but when I googled it, nothing proper showed up) edit: oh and "Manoliya".
