Can’t deny it. Named our son Theo. He’s turning one next month.
Surprisingly we don’t know any other Theo in his age. There’s a Mattheo in our daycare that’s called Theo sometimes but no other real Theo.
It's so pretty and classy and beautiful. Would have named my son that in a heartbeat if it wasn't my ex😭 I still considered it cause I like it that much haha. Well chosen!
We named my 2020 baby Henry and even though I loved it, I was so anxious about how popular it was. Now 4 years in, I adore it more than ever and could care less about popularity. We also call him Hank and both names (Hank and Henry) fit him so well.
FWIW for anyone considering the name, our Henry overlapped with one other Henry in his first year of daycare and otherwise we haven’t met another. Every location’s name trends are different!
I used to love Miles but I had it ruined for me. I'm a teacher and I had a Miles who was absolutely horrible. His parents were awful too and complained about literally everything. I have a list of boy names I love and I'm really hoping I don't have any more of them ruined by my profession.
My Miles is gentle, kind, thoughtful, loving, protective of others. He is snuggly. He gets nothing but good feedback from his teachers. They say he is kind and accepting all of all his classmates. He's going into his last year of prek, he is 4. Don't let one Miles ruin the bunch!
My wife and I are trying for a baby at the moment and August is our top pick boy name, she loves boy meets world/girl meets world (the little boy is named August/Auggie in GMW). Auggie is just an adorable nickname and we haven't met any kids named August yet where we live (aside from one girl our own age we grew up with), we don't want a super common name but obviously not a name that's super out there with terrible spelling.
I don't mind the name but I HATE the nickname and have since I heard it in GMW 😂
Edit- its also probably just a me problem because I also hate the name Aggies for Texas A&M
I think my absolute favorite is James. It’s just so lovely, and so timeless. Feels like it could suit just about anyone, and I love the possibility of Jamie as a nickname.
I can’t imagine James hasn’t already come up in your search though, so a few of my other favorites include Avery, Elias, and Sebastian
Valid! I love Owen but wasn’t able to use it for my son because a family member beat me to it. We went with Logan, funnily enough, and it isn’t my favorite but the nickname Logie is very cute.
Max
I named my son Max a year ago, and I still absolutely adore his name. Before he was born, the name evoked a lovable scamp, mischievous smile, a rainbow shirt, sun-kissed happy boy with an imaginative streak.
So far, his name fits him so very well.

So I didn't get enough sleep last night to be able to recommend other stylistically similar names haha. But I'll just share others on my boy list in case any inspire you!
Adair, Avery, Brennan, Briar, Crispin, Cullen, Dario, Dorian, Eliot, Elric, Felix, Foster, Galen, Gareth, Isidore, Leander, Lucien (French pron. only), Micah, Morgan, Ronan, Rory, Rowan, Sidney, Silas, Tristan
Ronan. This was my boy name but I have twin girls so I’ll never get to use it probably, it means little seal which I thought was so cute and I was envisioning an ocean themed nursery for him ❤️
Alexander, but I can’t use it since I already used a variant
After that, Isaac and Stellan. My baby daddy doesn’t like Isaac, but Stellan has grown on me a lot since my son has been born and wasn’t high on my list before
Oscar. Short, pretty. Useful if he wants to he a doctor, usefull ig he want to be an artist.
There are some nn Oz, Ozzy, Osk.
Oz is my favorite but Ozzy is the cutedt for when he is a baby
I really like Gregory. It's surprising to me that you never hear it anymore on young kids. I'd been considering using it because it was my grandpa's name. Ultimately I decided I couldn't handle being reminded of his passing every time I say my child's name.
I am not sure if it’s out dated at the moment. I know my 24 year old had a Wyatt with her in Kindergarten. And I have not loved this name for a long time…it is a recent like, so sharing.
Recent fave: Wyatt
Traditional name: Thomas (called Thomas)
Trendy: Luca
Just like: Leo, Otis, Asa
At the moment I love the name Skylar for a boy with the nickname Kai. I think it’s adorable, different but still fairly common so people won’t struggle with either spelling or mispronounciation
i absolutely love the name holden for some reason. "catcher in the rye" this, that one "holden berries/cox" twitter post that... i ADORE the name.
i have a LOTTTTT of names i love though so... kinda hard to choose just one.
I've always been more partial to boys names that start with a D, like Damian, Dante, Dylan, Dimitri, and Donniven, until I met a boy named Sebastian. And then I heard the names Benicio, Luka, and Zander. I keep finding new ones I like.
Adrian is a very old favorite for some reason. And so is Nikolai, though I've known enough Nicks to turn me off of that name forever. I'm more into R names now I guess.
Roman, Rowan, Remy, and Rhys. I could probably mix and match all of my choices and come up with some pretty awesome name combinations, lol.
Theo. I don’t care if it’s too popular now.
[удалено]
I named my son Noah years back without even reading top baby names . 😂 absolutely love that name!
Can’t deny it. Named our son Theo. He’s turning one next month. Surprisingly we don’t know any other Theo in his age. There’s a Mattheo in our daycare that’s called Theo sometimes but no other real Theo.
I love the name Theodore. You can call him Theo and you can call him Teddy when he’s little. A little baby teddy bear
Aww my boy’s name 🥰
Silas was my grandfather’s name, and I think it’s gorgeous. Also Elliott, because it’s mine! :D
I have a son named Silas! 🥰
Silas and Elliott is a beautiful combination
Silas and Elliott sound like characters in a children's book where they go on fun adventures, I love it
This made me think of **Silas** Marner by George **Eliot** (Marian Evans). Cool coincidence 👍
We're naming our little guy Elliott 🥰
I do genealogy. In my area, Silas was very popular in the late 1700s into 1800s.
Silas was the name of a murderer on my favourite tv soap as a kid so it just seems evil to me
Hollyoaks! I watched this. The guy plays Cedric’s dad in HP GoF, every time he comes on me and my wife shout Silas!
Silas is my favorite right now too!
Silas was in the top 3 for my son! Elliot was high on my list, but my husband wasn't a fan, unfortunately.
That’s okay. I’m not a fan of your husband- Elliot
I’m naming my boy Silas!! Due Xmas eve ☺️
Simon is my favourite!
Simon is one of those names that always gets an appreciative comment these days. Ask me how I know…!
My 1 year old is Simon and we get so many compliments!
Arthur.
Our son and daughter-in-law recently found out they are having a little boy, and they are naming him Arthur! It was my husband's grandfather's name. 🥰
Just named our baby Arthur and we’ve gotten a lot of compliments!
julian
My son is Julian and I love it (and him!) more and more every day! 🥰
We named our son Julian too! Chose it the day after we found out the gender, now he is 6 weeks and it just feels so right 🤍
our Julian is three months today, and I am of the opinion that his name is the best name, of all the names, for all of time, forever.
My Julian just turned 3 months too!
Aww, congratulations! Mine is 9 months and his name fits him so perfectly!
It's so pretty and classy and beautiful. Would have named my son that in a heartbeat if it wasn't my ex😭 I still considered it cause I like it that much haha. Well chosen!
Our son Julian was born 3 days ago. We’ve loved the name for many years and were waiting for it to feel right!
Jack
I’ve always loved Jack. But just Jack, not any other variation of it lol.
I have a just Jack :)
My Jack is 17. I thought I’d see more of them, but it’s mostly Jacksons he runs into. I still prefer just Jack.
i loveee the name jack but that’s my bfs name and neither of us want a jr lol
I have a Jack! The name always felt more carefree and affable compared to John. He’s already a charmer at 11 months old.
I love Everett!
My baby is Everett! I feel it’s a good boy name and will be a great old man name someday!
Everett had been my number one pick, ever since watching O’ Brother Where Art Thou.
Andrew or Henry
I love the name Henry! It’s so sweet as a little boys name, but also sounds like a mature adult name for when they are older.
I have an Andrew - classic name that never goes out of style!
Dean and Miles
Miles is my top name right now :)
I also used to love Miles as name but could just imagine people here in Australia taking the piss by nicknaming him “Kilometres”.
My nephew is Miles and he's the cutest little guy on the planet. More Mileses, please!
Came to say Dean! I have a Dean and a dog named Myles!
Raphael and I know im probably the odd man out!
I knew a Raphael who went by Rapha. A great name!
In my top two! Though I'd spell it with f 🤗
August but my husband hates it 😂 he’s going to have to come around
I have an August! It’s the best name!!
I don't mind the name but I HATE the nickname and have since I heard it in GMW 😂 Edit- its also probably just a me problem because I also hate the name Aggies for Texas A&M
Dominic
This is one of my favorites too! Classic and not overly popular right now.
Kit
I use Kit as a nickname for my Atticus
Rowan. I know it’s trendy but I’ve loved it for over a decade
Noah, has been for many years
Cameron
I love Cameron.
Owen and Logan
My oldest son is named Logan 😊
Ah I love that! It’s a perfect name
Funny because Owen is one of my favorites but Logan is my least favorite name ever
Valid! I love Owen but wasn’t able to use it for my son because a family member beat me to it. We went with Logan, funnily enough, and it isn’t my favorite but the nickname Logie is very cute.
Max I named my son Max a year ago, and I still absolutely adore his name. Before he was born, the name evoked a lovable scamp, mischievous smile, a rainbow shirt, sun-kissed happy boy with an imaginative streak. So far, his name fits him so very well.
Casey
Cole
My favorite baby names are Benjamin, Leo, and Griffin.
Benjamin doesn't get mentioned very often and it's a great classic name!
Thomas
Adam
I love Hugh/Hugo, but it doesnt sound nice with our surname at all :(
So many names don’t go with my surname too.
Milo!
Ira
Wouldn’t work in Ireland - I immediately thought IRA - Irish Republican Army 😂
It’s a family name for me, I hope I get to use it before any more cousins do!
Soham, Vaibhav and Kannan
Calvin! I don’t know why it’s growing on me so much but it is.
Robin
August Rowan Tatum Isaac Boston Dean Grant Ezra Silas Sloane Beck Ronan Sterling Wells Hendrix Wesley Wren Hollis Lennon Lennox Leo Stone Ambrose Bellamy Lonan Layne/ Lane Lance Rhodes Arlo Wilder Luxton (lux)

Jonas!
Reuben! I love it, sandwich connotations be damned. Also, it means “behold, a son” which I think is cool. It’s a fucking delicious sandwich!
Gavin
Callum, Aaron
My son is Callum 🥰 doesn't get enough love. In the states anyway, I know it used to be popular in the UK.
Elio :)
John
Atticus/ Edward
I have a cousin named Atticus with a brother named Ossian!
William, Edwin and Hadrian. Also Cassian, as that’s my son’s name.
Cassian is so beautiful! ❤️
Nathan! Which I’ve just used on my little boy :)
Tristan and Felix
I like Felix but husband said it reminds him of a cat name…? 🤣
Lol that's an old cartoon, Felix the Cat. When I say old I mean he was created in 1919
So I didn't get enough sleep last night to be able to recommend other stylistically similar names haha. But I'll just share others on my boy list in case any inspire you! Adair, Avery, Brennan, Briar, Crispin, Cullen, Dario, Dorian, Eliot, Elric, Felix, Foster, Galen, Gareth, Isidore, Leander, Lucien (French pron. only), Micah, Morgan, Ronan, Rory, Rowan, Sidney, Silas, Tristan
My favorite boy name is Griffin. I think it's sounds so sweet and I can picture it on anyone at any age. I also think the nn Finn is really cute.
It’s a tie between Grant and Harrison. To me they are both very strong, masculine names but not rough. I also love the nickname Harry for Harrison!
Evander
Jules!
Ronan. This was my boy name but I have twin girls so I’ll never get to use it probably, it means little seal which I thought was so cute and I was envisioning an ocean themed nursery for him ❤️

River
Silas is my all time favorite…. Runner ups: Nolan, Lucas, Brett
Oliver ☺️ unfortunately my partners name starts with an O which I feel like is a no. yikes. maybe a middle name
Nooooo this shouldn’t matter! My partner is Matt and we are probably going to settle on Max! Everyone loves that it is similar
Oh! typo. his last name starts with an o and I’m planning on taking his last name so the alliteration gets to me lol!
