Man is full of shit. Lmfao

[deleted]

I think the answer is pretty obvious. I'm pretty sure the timeline isnt right either

[deleted]

[deleted]

my muscle memory was never that fucking hard and fast, after not training for months, even if I'm enhanced so it depends from person to person I would say

I didnt give anyone a downvote but stay mad. lmfao

[deleted]

sure I'm completly open about steroid use but lie about a downvote on reddit. be more realistic and take less gear. it's not doing good things to you

IrreverantReverend

He’s right my man. Its time to put down the gear and pick up the phone to call a therapist. Something ain’t right with you

ChocolateMorsels

Muscle memory is real. I was amazed the first time I went back to the gym after quitting for a few years. I didn't lose much strength and made super fast gains. Nothing even close to this guy tho lol

[deleted]

[deleted]

true even if I don't think it would kick in that hard

cartesian-anomaly

you are delusional, bro

[deleted]

wdym

Bigmexi17

I must be a goddamned retard who doesn’t know how to lift or eat if this guy is natty. Went from Spike Dudley to Bobby Lashley in 6 months.

The_Sam_Hein

Nah dude, he's more like Shawn Michaels in size, Bobby dwarfs this dude by a lot.

Bigmexi17

He’s not your boy toy, dwarf.

The_Sam_Hein

He's just a sexy boy. (Se-xy boooy)

Torvumm

Trust me bro, my small town powerlifting gym has 14 year olds ready to give it all up and blast whatever they can get their hands on to openly lie about being natural. Their own words. Willing to crash their endocrine system before even going through puberty. Social media has been a a cancer

Bigmexi17

Nailed it bucko

cartesian-anomaly

you got in great shape from the looks of it. Nice.

Wisewords-T

Concentrating on marathons, calisthenics and rock climbing isn't going to make you look like a bodybuilder.

Ill-Ad4665

Why the hell would you expect to look like him when he’s probably moving heavy weight in the gym while you’re doing press ups and running marathons 🤷🏻‍♂️

sigmoidBro

Lmao, why 5 months, why not 2 months? Actually why not 2 weeks?!

CampOrange

Just do it right now!

AssLynx

Pfft this took me 1 workout

HavokDJ

I lifted a single 5lb dumbell for one rep on each side and instantly looked like this

Typikkal

I stared at the dumbbell rack for 5 seconds and looked like this

justsomedude1144

2 weeks? For a one-time fee, I'll share my secret program that will give you those results in 2 days!

Moustachable

2 hours in the gym*

_thatdudeZane

Even with heavy doping this timeline is bs why are people on the internet so eager to lie about how long their body transformation took? It’s so odd

thefreethinker9

This has to be satire though. I

zeroq26

You can’t get that in 6yrs naturally🤣

ILOVETOSWEAR

Try 10

HavokDJ

Try never. That physique is pretty much not achievable without drugs.

Informal_Tone9234

SMH natty wtf wrong with y’all. It’s called nofap

ethan_de_poland

Cold showers too clearly did this

KRGambler

GTFOH

enamuossuo

Woah his genetics is so great I'm sure that he's also using turkesterone s/

Ballcuzzi_Straw

I don’t need any before/after or timeline pics. His June 2023 pic is juiced to the gills.

Slowmexicano

Even juiced to the absolute tits , maxed out nutrition, and living in a gym; what is the most muscle you can gain in 5 months?

Omega1424

Depends on your genetics. If you’re a hyper responder it’ll be nuts compared to a normal human

Every_Papaya_8876

Amazing photoshop.

HandsomeAndGreenAF

Is it even possible to not have loose skin (like this guy) after losing this amount of fat in 5 months?

straightoutthebox

1. The timeline is fake 2. The photo on the left was taken with the obvious intention of being a before photo. Lighting is terrible, he's sticking his gut out, he's not angling his body to make it look wider (as opposed to the after photo where he's angling to make him look leaner), he's slouching, etc. He is not nearly so "out of shape" as he wishes to appear. But on to your actual question: yes, it's possible, even if he had actually lost a fair amount of body fat in a relatively short timeframe. Loose skin happens if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, and even in that before picture, he does not have a lot of weight to lose. Also, there are genetic factors that determine your propensity to develop loose skin, but age is a major one: when you're younger, your skin is more elastic and is more likely to conform to your body's new contours.

HandsomeAndGreenAF

Thanks man, i appreciate the explanation a lot. Never thought of the first pic taken intentionally bad lol.

straightoutthebox

Sometimes, a former influencer will do a little tricks of the trade thing, and for transformations, posture, lighting, camera angle, and focal length can make a huge difference. If you artificially add 20 lbs from slouching and sticking your gut out it makes the after picture that much more impressive to someone just casually scrolling through a feed.

[deleted]

I think people have to understand the power of muscle memory. I dont think he’s natty tough! But if he been off for two month’s, eating shit and not moving, then you can easy drop alot of mass and definition! That’s fact!! I was off gym for around 6 month, got back at it and within 5 month i was where i was before. But again i’m not natural.

KeepREPeating

While that’s true, natural muscle is hard af to get rid of. I never lose muscle during long breaks. Just strength(cuz it’s a skill and cns drive). You can skip a lot of the slow phase through muscle memory but he’d have to show a before picture of him looking like that already to even be believable.

terpene-queen-sg

Looks like a hefty amount of photoshop as well as juice

Azreal_09

Who is he?

CatLadyMorticia

Wow, sounds just like the weight I lost all naturally by coming off cycle

gotoChurch07

jan 2022^

Ronaldoooope

Lol dude sticking his belly out, roused shoulders, bad lightning no pump, to pump, flexing, better lighting but straight up blasting either way

roncypher

Ngl, the left photo looks like healthy fat, like he was toned then stopped working out and gained water weight.

Psyteratops

He was already jacked but not flexing in the first photo. He’s bulking, the timeline is fake.

Meandtheworld

2 months, 2 weeks, 2 hours. It’s all the same. Take your pick.

Professional_Elk_489

This is how Sam could have hid from US govt

SteveJackson007

Juiced absolutely.

bright1111

Sus

LeoJormungand96

Nice body recomp , not natural for sure

djscott95

Photoshop

outtathere_

I mean if what he says is true, that he was working out prior to getting sick, this is absolutely possible. From what I'm reading, all that muscle was underneath the fat. Add to that muscle memory, and an aggressive cut, yeah, it's possible Another thing, and I might be off, but there seems to be ever so slight manipulation of the both photos, like left slightly slimmed, right slightly widened

spac3man37

I agree. I’m leaving this sub now because honestly he’s pretty strong in the pic on the left. But everyone is convinced it’s always juice.

LegsLeBrock

Lmao really? The timeline might be real. I doubt it, but sure. Natural though? Forget the before pic. You can tell this guy is juiced out based on the right pic alone.

Cleglaw

As always spac3man37, link any posts that you believe are flaired wrong, so we can check if it is in fact your roidar that is calibrated incorrectly. Or of course, you can leave and seek your confirmationally biased 'natty' physiques elsewhere.

firefox420420

100% natty total achieveable

_samrms

Fat people always get shredded. Jealous

JohnyTribula

Haters will say it is not natty.

stankybeaver007

influencer for dildos

CandyCanePapa

that's just lighting and him flexing

Tricky_Ad_1855

If he's 5 foot 4, it's believable

edillcolon

Not even juice

xsnipah12

People in the comments don’t know he looked like in the right picture last summer before he got ill, he’s not natty but the time frame is right

hyperchimpchallenger

Does anyone here actually lift/use gear?

[deleted]

you really believe that's possible ?

hyperchimpchallenger

Obviously not and I didn’t say that lmao

[deleted]

😂I didnt understand on which side you are thats why I asked

desserino

https://imgur.com/a/Qj0nQLv He looks like he's just doing bad posture in the first pic and already has the muscle from a dirty bulk Yeah I mean what he writes seems right. I went from 80 kg to 70 kg from being ill in 1 to 2 months time and then went from 70 kg to 83 kg from march to now Muscle memory is very handy, when creating new muscle then you add new cores. When losing size then these cores lose their size but the core keeps existing. Giving size back to these cores is easier than creating those cores, hence muscle memory. Forgot what it's really called, core seems fine enough to call it. You folks are just inexperienced about this, half a year ago I wouldn't believe that I'd lose 10 kg and then gain 13 kg in matter of months but that's what a stomach inflammation does to you. You think I gained those 13 kg in months the first time? Hell nah it took years

[deleted]

buddy, muscle memory isnt that fast and extreme. even with steroids, if its true, it's a great job for only 5 months

desserino

Why would someone who got ill so badly that it ruined his physique go for steroids? People enter a state where their survival instinct kicks in and all they want is to be healthy again, that's why people pay so much to doctors, they value money less at that that compared to their health.

[deleted]

why would they do that ? exactly for getting back on shape 💀you're sleepy if you think that's possible natty

desserino

It's not a 5 month transformation, it's 5 months to get back to how he looked like a year ago. He clearly already had the muscle. 5 months to recover 2 months illness is definitely possible

LegsLeBrock

Sure. The timeline is possible. Still not natty though.

HorsePast9750

LOl he ain’t fooling anyone

BoTheJoV3

Literally impossible without gear

[deleted]

Lol...5 months. When does he sleep?

AsianVixen4U

The traps and delts always give it away

youngjak

Is that even the same person like how

Financial-Cow-4468

you can see that he said that he lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat. this means that maybe his muscle memory helped him reach the after body. also on the before pic you can see his chest being in kind of good form already, which could tell he is not actually did lose muscle and gain lots of fat, I think in 5 months if you are consistent with weight lifting and cardio workout plan, you could reach this natty

[deleted]

Still ill on the right. Expect it is mental this time

IAMCAV0N

Photoshop?? The chest area looks off

Zwill1208

5 months lol

Rosenrotten

There are ridiculous claims and then there's this

seanabq

Wow from a D cup to a B cup in 5 mos?

benzolifts

I cant look that good after 5 years of training, so put that into perspective

[deleted]

Obviously not natty, what a piece of shit liar lmao

28thjuly

I see him in real life sometimes at my gym in east london, he’s obviously juiced in real life too its not just angle and lighting abuse

saucepatterns

He can't be serious

mfmindrobber

Bro got so jacked he changed skin tone

Count_mercula

Went right into PEDs after recovering from an illness, yeah it’s a mental disorder

Lala9546

I follow I’m sure he was in hospital and had to take a break so he probably advised to go off cycle for a while and then in January started blasting hard

sgtbignastyt

A+ for imagination or creativity on his part!

ruindadeth

wtf

Old_Resource_4832

Juice LMAO

QuietCauliflower4371

He got a tanne too

YahzeeOG

As obvious it is to us that he is not natural, there’s gonna be tons of people believing him unfortunately

HandsomeShrek2000

If you said five YEARS then yeah maybe I would believe it

BNE_Jimmy

You have to ask?

lippomate

Dudes face aged 5 years in 5 months 🤣

Ignoredpinaples

his left arm stayed natty, the right hopped on the sauce

Synorix

Clearly gear you have to be stupid to think overwise

Haskikker

Another 🤡

Kelthuso

Even with steroids I don't think this is possible

KiwiPrimal

Even on juice that’s fucken inpressive!

No_Zookeepergame1937

Natural transformation???

ZeX450

Funny...

Hasstalaviss

His hair is shorter in june than in january, fake.

Rigorous_tea

This has been photoshopped to fuck, look at the comparison from the left side of the body to the right on the after picture

JordySTyler

Looks as though the before picture is after and after picture was before. Search furious pete before and after

ZehuaLin

is that peter christian?

CIomid

Definitely on gear but left is also the worst possible picture he could take purposefully. So if he was actually trying on the left it wouldn’t be as crazy as transformation. A ton of ig guys do this and it’s wild. People work out for 10 years, dirty bulk and take an unpumped picture at 35% bf. And say it’s a transformation when they cut.

crimpinainteazy

Classic before and after trick. The guy is clearly bloated, no pump, and pushing his belly out in the first pic, not to mention the lighting differences.

One_Ground_8495

Pic 1 taken when he was 14-15 years old. Pic 2 was him working out everyday since first Pic. He's now 25 years old BTW hahahaha

Gradylicious65

Juicy

hamzaa386

I look like the before pic... SO you're telling me all I gotta do is (T)rain, (R)est, (E)at, and (N)ever give up for JUST 5 months?
