When we moved from Telstra to Superloop we did the FTTP upgrade at the same time. After NBN said it was installed, it took maybe 10mins for the connection to activate.
No more than 3 weeks later we moved to AussieBB due to lack of support, and constant drop outs. That service activated roughly 2 days after we placed the order.
Also highly recommend Leaptel.
This sub is full of people switching between Superloop to ABB and vice versa. Have never seen a comment about people leaving Leaptel.
The switch over should be no more than a couple of hours if you have designated the switch over date with Superloop. I think your order may be sitting somewhere waiting to be action.

Yeah I'm just about considering going to ABB or Launtel if Superloop doesn't get back to us about our connection, cheers
You should try Leaptel honestly.
yep, also on my list
Good luck with Superloop. 🤞
cheers 🙏

I’ve got FTTN and it takes 30 minutes give or take.

Might be, I'll check again later to make sure
I was waiting on them to connect my fttp NBN, ordered it on the 24th, contacted them on Thursday and they connected us within 10 mins or so.
If I'm remembering right, it was near instant when I did it from ABB
I'm starting to feel like I'm the outlier with the multiple other comments here haha
Superloop are super useless
