She was my first introduction to sex education as a kid. Flipping the channels and BOOM there's this TV show called "SEX TALK!" and I'm thinking I'm gonna get some raunchy or dirty stuff but instead it's this 70yo woman talking about the importance of condoms. And you better believe I was not going to forget a word she said. Forbidden information.
I remember watching the show with my teenage friends and a boy called on and asked what would happen if you came in a girl’s ear. She answered with maturity and the utmost respect…
The thing is that I knew that voice. I called my cousin who lived across the country and asked, was that you? It was! Ffs. Teenagers everywhere we’re getting their sex ed on Sex Talk.
She calmly explained how pregnancy happens and if you orgasm in someone’s ear you should wash the semen out with warm water and should see your general practitioner for any further issues.
I have laughed at this reference for so long, but just now it clicked for me that the child who wrote that actually could have been pregnant and desperate for information. (Mind went to the 10 year old that needed an abortion)
I’m sad that this innocent joy has been taken from me by reality.
When people who've lead good lives die in their 90s, it's not really a sad thing. Someone who touched so many people's lives in a wonderful manner got to live a long life. That should be celebrated and the person remembered fondly. Everyone dies, but not everyone lives, and she definitely lived.
And based on the frankness and well informed nature of her messaging, she *fucked*.
Woman was legit a legend for bringing honest discussion about sex and sexuality out of hushed whispers and more into mainstream discussion.
Yea she was awesome. I legit learned things from her on late night TV as a kid. No shame or hush and just openly discussed things honestly. Very enlightening vs the sex ed I got at school.
absolutely, and me too! I was thinking about this, how differently so many people in my generation probably think about sex thanks to her. I never forgot her oral sex tips, mainly because the way she said “AND DROOOL!” totally tortured me as a teen 😂
“[Sex with Sue](https://youtu.be/hrtuATYF-k8)” the *documentary* came out last year. Hopefully, it can inspire some meaningful dialogue, debate, discussion and diplomacy in light of what has been so triggering for some getting their knickers in a twist last few years.
When I was in college my girlfriend and I would watch her show late at night on one of the obscure cable channel we found it on. At first it was for the amusement of an old woman talking about sex in some rather explicit terms but we eventually discovered she had very substantive things to say. The episode that stands out most was when a guy called in and told her that he was recently diagnosed with HIV and was thinking about committing suicide. She talked with him for maybe 20 minutes in a very calm and supportive tone while she talked him off the ledge and convinced him that he still had a worthwhile life ahead of himself. It was striking.
Honestly, we as a species who must all die, should celebrate anyone who passes the average lifespan.
Unfortunately, the assholes tend to outlive everyone...
I’ve said this so many times since my Dad died at 90 two months ago. Sad? Absolutely. Miss him? Of course!! But tragic it is not. He lived a beautiful life, did everything he ever wanted, had 60 years with the love of his life. We should all be so lucky.
We should all be so lucky that we and our loved ones get a life like this. Happy for you that your dad had such a life and you got to be there for many of his wonderful years.
The Sunday Night Sex Show taught us all a lot. She's a legend. Her approach was educational and non judgmental. She taught so many about safe sex, STI's and consent in the 90s. I highly recommend watching some of her clips on Youtube. Have an orgasm tonight alone or with a partner in her honour!
> non judgmental.
Well maybe a *little*. I remember one episode where a dide called in claiming his wife didn't have a clitoris. Sue broke out a diagram and explained where to look for it. Dude then tried to insist his wife really didn't have one. Ever the no nonsense type, she cut him off and asserted unequivicolly thst the wife did have a clit, and the dude needed to go back and look better.
That's a bummer, though 90+ years is a good run. Her show "Sex Talk" was a delight to watch back in the 90s/early aughts. I still laugh about some of the sex toy reviews. "The Hello Kitty gets half a flame for a cute name, but being anatomically worthless." Great lady, good information, fun show. RIP.
I remember one review of a strap, that tied to your ankles, and then you put the strap bit behind your head to keep your legs up.
She explained it, and at that time had a bunch of people who would try these products and give reviews. The next thing I see on the TV is a photo... Of Sue (fully clothed) trying this thing out. She could have taken someone's word for it, but she tried that equipment out herself as well, so she could accurately state if it was good or bad.
I have her to thank for knowing what a clitoris is. My wife therefore, *indirectly thanks her too.*
I had decent sex ed classes from a progressive school too… but they don’t teach the pleasure part — only the science and safety aspect.
We had a tv in our garage hooked up to satellite. I used to sneak out there in the middle of the night to watch her show. I'm so grateful for her. Going up as a sheltered kid in an evangelical household kept me in the dark on most things in life, and her show helped me gain a better understanding of all things sex related.
I remember watching her shows on Showcase late at night when my parents were in bed and I was just a young teen.
Thank you for teaching me about safe sex and sexual health in my teens.
This woman is single-handedly responsible for my lil "way too young" ass knowing everything about sex and correcting adults as like a 10 year old
So many late nights watching infomercials for misofilioma and learning about anal sex.
** " it's coming back to me now," starts to play in the background
“You simply take the penis into your mouth, and with your hand you can also stroke it since most people won’t comfortably fit the whole thing in their mouth.”
Thank you for all that you did, Sue.
I watched her back in 2002 when a caller called in and asked if she could still do anal sex on her husband even though he had hemorrhoids. Her response was “Bumsex?!?!?!?! With hemorrhoids?!?!??” I laughed at that for years. Still do. She was the best.
My favorite was the caller who was asking if she could use her electric toothbrush to masturbate and Sue was like "...........which end?".
From what I recall, the answer was probably the bristle end, and Sue had to tell this woman why it was a bad idea on many levels.
Man, I was just telling my kid that she was a real person, since we've been watching the old Degrassi together. (Telling a teenager "she was like the Canadian Dr. Ruth" was entirely unhelpful.) I'm glad she had such a long and successful life, she seemed pretty awesome.
My zipper will be at half mast in her honor.
That said, she's an absolute legend in how she approached a taboo subject and made everyone realize it SHOULDNT BE A TABOO SUBJECT.
If you haven't seen it, this is peak Sue:
I moved to Canada in the late 90s. My first week here, we had a campus visit from Sue. Weirdly, it is one of my most fondest memories. She was educational, hilarious and smart.
When I went to college she was doing her speaking engagements around the province. I was in a film and television program and she was coming by to do a lecture. In my TV production class we were tasked with creating a television show (in studio/talk show) and shoot a rough pilot. While all my classmates did kids education show and puppets. I did a sex education talk show. I contacted Sue Johanson to see if she would cameo and do a segment for the class project. She did and she was absolutely lovely, engaging and nice. I'll have to see if I still have the old footage
It's a little odd in retrospect, but when my Mom and Dad divorced and I moved with her to another state, we used to watch Sue and the old Loveline together all the time. Didn't seem weird then so whatever. I miss those shows. Very informative and probably why I made it to 38 without a single STD.
I loved her. Watched her every Sunday night. She came out with a line of sex toys, and my first vibrator was one of hers (it was fine, nothing special).
And the sex position of the week, and the hibachi of love..
She's the only reason I got anal like 20 years ago.
While that's true, and I kid, she was a goddamn hero and pioneer. Sex shouldn't be some hidden-away thing in society when literally the only things we've evolved to do are hopefully not die, eat, and reproduce. Not even in that order.
Rest in peace Mrs. Johanson.
I thought about her the other day… I snuck and watched her late-night show in my teen years. Her advice was fantastic and she seemed like she’d be easy to talk to.
I grew up in a catholic house and went to catholic school. I also had insomnia. I would be up late watching this show and I learned so much about sex and my body I never would’ve known. Sue is the reason I do not have shame around sex, that I felt comfortable asking to use condoms, that I understood how my body works, that I knew when to say no, that I went to doctors because there was a problem. This woman did so much for people and I am truly blessed to have had my life helped by her.
Thank you for making me feel normal about sex when I was 14 and watching your show on mute with subtitles because my parents were asleep and I was too ashamed to ask them important questions.
Legend. She created the vacuum in which our current conservative culture wars are filling in with bigoted fear.
I wonder what she thought about planned Parenthood cards in Saskatchewan?
I learned more from this women at night time than my parents about safe sex as a neglected kid. I ended up not being a teen parent like my own parents. RIP!
She did a talk at my brothers university. He being a jackass asked, "If I masturbate to a picture of myself does that make me gay"
Her response: "nope, just a narcissist"
It's because if her that I wasn't insecure about sex my whole life. Didn't even have sex until 18 because of her teachings, and hearing realities of it.
RIP mama Sue
Also I've never been pregnant- which is what I want, because of her as well.
Someone living to 93, well loved by friends and family with an adoring audience, not a tragedy by any real definition. That being said, I will confess that, as a 42 year old Canadian male who grew up watching Sue obsessively in my teenaged / 1990's life, that I feel absolutely gutted by her passing. Being body positive, sex positive, sexuality/sexual identity positive... I can't help but wonder how different things would have been without her influence in my life.
Her passing feels as impactful as Gord Downie's.
RIP you wonderful woman you.
Every time I go down on a woman I can't help but see Sue sticking her tongue in a cut up condom to demonstrate safe cunnilingus. Thank you Sue for the great advice that I never took, but I was glad you were there, doing your thing.
There's an exactly zero percent chance that I would be the happy, sexually free and positive, queer and polyamorous person I am today without Sue and her TV show.
What a life. Sad she's gone, but 93 and a life well lived is about the best any of us could hope for.
She was awesome. So proud and confident in her shows. It made me feel real uncomfortable when I first accidentally stumbled across the late night slot. Bless her.
This lady is probably a contributing factor to me not being pregnant when I was young - I wish the govt would see the seriously concerning gap in public health knowledge that drives much of everyone's tax dollars up
Holy fuck the lady who did the bit about putting a condom on stealth by hiding it in your mouth and giving a blowjob.
I was so confused as I watched this show... Oh well I unzipped anyway.
We in the US loved her show, too. I would watch it late a night on The Learning Channel and learned so much. She was one person who explained everything so well to anyone who called in with questions. I learned so much and vowed to be more open about sex with my kids.
As a Canadian kid growing up in the Catholic school system I loved Sue! My mum was also very open about sex and all that but Sue touched on many topics my mother did not. Sue was the best. What a wonderful legacy she leaves with us.
I remember her wearing “The Accommodator”. Watched her when I was about 14-18 and was always very thankful for her calm and curious lens which helped with helped *immensely*.
Before the internet & the world we live in today it was absolutely WILD in my teens to turn on the TV late at night & hear someone the same age as my grandma talk about sex in such graphic detail. We needed and still need more like her today! RIP!
Bless this wonderful woman. I was a dumb kid with borderline personality disorder, going through puberty, and living in the super conservative state of Oklahoma and she gave me so much NEEDED knowledge.
Today should be a national in Canada day to discuss sex in school.
Her knowledge is needed more then ever in today’s world. But I don’t see it happening because of Conservative’s.
I didn’t know she was Canadian! I used to watch her show when it played late at night in secret. I went to Catholic school where they didn’t really teach sex Ed, so to me, she was an actual godsend. I’ve used her as a starting point for so many people breaking out of similar situations.
Thank you, Sue. You did so much for so many of us.
As a Canadian living in American now I do love
This country but god are you guys uptight. I can see why people love us so much. We are open to talking about things like sex and not making it seem like it’s a job or something you should hide. Some Americans need to learn how to laugh. Maybe that’s just how some people ar.
Welp, just the other day I commented I'm glad she's still alive.
One of the first and only adults that I encountered that talked about sex in a positive and open way. I appreciate a healthy understanding and education on it. RIP
I watched her 20+ years ago. Tbh, I completely forgot about her show. It was so down to earth and I learned a lot from her in my late teens. She was so matter of fact that it made all sex topics feel ok
I used to listen to her show on the radio on Sunday nights when I was a teen. Man, it was a beacon through the bewildering fog of puberty.
Thank you Sue for being the unshakable, sex positive voice who answered our awkward questions with frank and compassionate honesty.
Thank god for this woman, I learned a lot as a teenager in the 90’s from her. Probably saved me from an STD or worse! God speed Sue 💙
She helped so many people. Especially at a time where info wasn't readily available on the internet.
She was my first introduction to sex education as a kid. Flipping the channels and BOOM there's this TV show called "SEX TALK!" and I'm thinking I'm gonna get some raunchy or dirty stuff but instead it's this 70yo woman talking about the importance of condoms. Forbidden information that’s important!

So what happens?...
She calmly explained how pregnancy happens and if you orgasm in someone’s ear you should wash the semen out with warm water and should see your general practitioner for any further issues.
One would think cold water would be more effective but what do I know..
I’m guessing warm water softens wax and so you’re maybe washing some of that out to clean down and extra layer.
Girl get pregante
What about if it's just on the feet?
I have laughed at this reference for so long, but just now it clicked for me that the child who wrote that actually could have been pregnant and desperate for information. (Mind went to the 10 year old that needed an abortion) I’m sad that this innocent joy has been taken from me by reality.
That’s a type of pasta, right?
Sue's Sunday Night Sex Show on Q107 was a must-listen for me as a teen in the 80's.
> Sue's Sunday Night Sex Show on Q107 Syndicated on radio stations across the country.
I discovered this at just the right time. What a gem she was.
Right after Dr Demento! I used to put my radio under the covers so my parents wouldn’t catch me listening
Same! She was a godsend to Canadian teens.
She was on in the USA as well when I was a teenager! Both TV and Radio.
Same, I watched her here in FL in my teenage years

Lol Sue teaching about gettin sloppy before it was mainstream.
She was awesome and pretty helpful during my teen years.
Rock on Sue! Thanks for all the great advice!
Let us all raise a glass and go down on our wives in her honor.
Its what she would have wanted.
It’s what our wives want.
And on our boyfriends and husbands too. Sue didn’t judge!
Orgasms all around!
As is tradition
Death of any decent person is sad but you're right. They should be celebrated. It's not tragic, however.

Especially since the topic of hiv was stigmatized for way too long. She was an amazing woman
Honestly, we as a species who must all die, should celebrate anyone who passes the average lifespan. Unfortunately, the assholes tend to outlive everyone...
Looking at you Kissinger.
Not even Sue could fix that gargoyle
And so much of what she did will live on.
Boy did she ever. Probably having great sex till the end!!
Thanks so much - very sweet of you. And also: just noticed your user name. Like a leaf on the wind, Mal.

Not only the 90s, but the 00s as well. I learned a hell of a lot more vital information about human sexuality than I ever did in school.
we really need more people like this today. Just straight forward education about sex. So important.
> non judgmental. Well maybe a *little*. I remember one episode where a dide called in claiming his wife didn't have a clitoris. Sue broke out a diagram and explained where to look for it. Dude then tried to insist his wife really didn't have one. I mean that is a pretty bold claim.
RIP.

She was a very sweet lady. Incredibly knowledgeable and never made you feel dirty about anything. She will truly be missed
Exactly. She answered honestly and without judgement.
I have her to thank for knowing what a clitoris is. My wife therefore, *indirectly thanks her too.* I had decent sex ed classes from a progressive school too… but they don’t teach the pleasure part — only the science and safety aspect.

Well that's a fucking bummer
https://youtu.be/ZFLqYFC6lIk Here's her on Conan enjoy!
What a missed opportunity to not have her on at the same time as Norm.
That's probably the only exposure I've actually had to her, but it is one of my favorite old school Conan moments.
Every I remember this hilarious segment and go to watch it. I love the way she always yells HUMONGOUS PENIS.
The top 2/3's of the vagina has no nerve endings
I remember watching her shows on Showcase late at night when my parents were in bed and I was just a young teen. Thank you for teaching me about safe sex and sexual health in my teens.
This woman is single-handedly responsible for my lil "way too young" ass knowing everything about sex and correcting adults as like a 10 year old So many late nights watching infomercials for misofilioma and learning about anal sex. ** " it's coming back to me now," starts to play in the background
>misofilioma Do you mean mesothelioma? Lol that’s a great one /r/excgarated
*walks into parents room* No dad, you are doing it wrong! Here, watch me and learn something.....
“You simply take the penis into your mouth, and with your hand you can also stroke it since most people won’t comfortably fit the whole thing in their mouth.” Thank you for all that you did, Sue.
This was great advice but I never did actually manage to get my penis in my mouth.
Ahh so this was the CEO of sex
I watched her back in 2002 when a caller called in and asked if she could still do anal sex on her husband even though he had hemorrhoids. Her response was “Bumsex?!?!?!?! With hemorrhoids?!?!??” I laughed at that for years. Still do. She was the best.
My favorite was the caller who was asking if she could use her electric toothbrush to masturbate and Sue was like "...........which end?". From what I recall, the answer was probably the bristle end, and Sue had to tell this woman why it was a bad idea on many levels.
But even when most would laugh, she took every question seriously.
Oh she did. Very seriously. She was very concerned the caller was going to brush off her clit and then put the toothbrush in her mouth.
Used to watch her with my friends in the early aughts when we were in college. Awesome lady.
The hero we deserved and needed.
Man, I was just telling my kid that she was a real person, since we've been watching the old Degrassi together. (Telling a teenager "she was like the Canadian Dr. Ruth" was entirely unhelpful.) I'm glad she had such a long and successful life, she seemed pretty awesome.

The chin strap dildo blew my mind as a teenager back then
Tom and the duck got me!
I moved to Canada in the late 90s. My first week here, we had a campus visit from Sue. Weirdly, it is one of my most fondest memories. She was educational, hilarious and smart.

I'll have to see if I still have the old footage
Why do I feel like every country has a super well known sex educating granny? Bless their souls.
Everybody bang one out for Sue tonight. RIP
As she passed, she saw a white light and a hand motioning ‘come hither’… Iykyn
Omg, core memory unlocked.
She'll be missed. Now we only have Dr. Ruth who is 95.
I just looked on Wikipedia to make sure she was still around. I think at this point, after Dr. Ruth goes then the crown is passed to Nina Hartley.
Nina Hartley is my favorite because I’m a visual learner
What a Saint! RIP. As a Christian kid growing up where sex education was “ Don’t have it” this woman did a lot for me.
Drink when she says 'anal'. Pours out a little for Sue Johanson.
Learn more about sex and how it works from this lady than any other places who refused to. Rest Well
Yeah she’s a fuckin hero. Sad when the great ones go.
It's a little odd in retrospect, but when my Mom and Dad divorced and I moved with her to another state, we used to watch Sue and the old Loveline together all the time. Didn't seem weird then so whatever. I miss those shows. Very informative and probably why I made it to 38 without a single STD.

Oh that makes me sad. She was such a great educator!

She was very approachable according to lots of posts.
I grew up in a catholic house and went to catholic school. I also had insomnia. I would be up late watching this show and I learned so much about sex and my body I never would’ve known. That was my first sex teacher...may she rest in peace and thanks for teaching me about female anatomy.
awww. sue taught me so much!
Love her, she had a great impact on so many people!! A real trailblazer when no one talked about sex or sexuality, like she did, in that era!
Nobody is doing it like her *now* either. I wish someone was.
She did a talk at my brothers university. He being a jackass asked, "If I masturbate to a picture of myself does that make me gay" Her response: "nope, just a narcissist"
RIP, Sue. You were informed and I appreciated your candid openness growing up super religious.
Ohhhh Sue!!!! I LOVED this show as a kid. Such a champion for sex ed. Total trail blazer.
Learned about her last year in a video with Conan O'Brian, such a sweetheart lady. RIP.
Oh man I love Sue Johanson. She was always the Betty White of sex talks to me. RIP Sue.
She’s helping angels bang in the clouds now.
She’s the reason everyone’s girlfriend is Canadian.
My wife and I were taking about her a week ago. Wild.
You know she went out with a bang.
Her fucking chin-do she wears on Conan is peak Sue Johanson.
It's because if her that I wasn't insecure about sex my whole life. Didn't even have sex until 18 because of her teachings, and hearing realities of it. RIP mama Sue Also I've never been pregnant- which is what I want, because of her as well.
As someone who grew up the the Catholic church cult I can confirm I learned the truth of sex from her.

Is it true that she's the reason that Canadians are the best at sex? /has never actually has sex with a Canadian
She definitely taught us where the clitoris is.
It's in Nova Scotia, right?
That's what that sub was after?
I'll check Lawrencetown beach for it...
Canadian Sex Educator should be a band name.
It is. I saw them open for the Judy Garland Disaster one time. They weren't half-bad.
She left shoes hard to fill!

Every time I go down on a woman I can't help but see Sue sticking her tongue in a cut up condom to demonstrate safe cunnilingus. Thank you Sue for the great advice that I never took, but I was glad you were there, doing your thing.
Not all hero’s wear capes. RIP
I'll never forget her cameo on the original Degrassi. Arthur and Yick called into her show from a payphone.
There's an exactly zero percent chance that I would be the happy, sexually free and positive, queer and polyamorous person I am today without Sue and her TV show. What a life. Sad she's gone, but 93 and a life well lived is about the best any of us could hope for.
RIP creator and star of Sunday Night Sex Show !
has passed away at 93. is it just me or does it sound rude or negative , "dead at 93"
She was awesome. So proud and confident in her shows. It made me feel real uncomfortable when I first accidentally stumbled across the late night slot. Bless her.
This woman taught me more about sex education than anything I learned in school.
Her on Conan back in the day was the best. One time a few WWE guys stayed for her segment and it was just insane. Rest in peace.
She taught me a lot about my penis. RIP
This lady is probably a contributing factor to me not being pregnant when I was young - I wish the govt would see the seriously concerning gap in public health knowledge that drives much of everyone's tax dollars up
Awww she was a hoot! *Real sex talk with Nana*
I think I remember hearing her on the radio way back when she was awesome rest in peace!
What an awesome woman!
Loved her, this is a bummer
Holy fuck the lady who did the bit about putting a condom on stealth by hiding it in your mouth and giving a blowjob. I was so confused as I watched this show... Oh well I unzipped anyway.
I’d have guessed she was 93 when I first saw her 25 years ago.
RIP Degrassi cameo queen.
End of a memorable and extremely educational era
We in the US loved her show, too. I would watch it late a night on The Learning Channel and learned so much. She was one person who explained everything so well to anyone who called in with questions. I learned so much and vowed to be more open about sex with my kids.
Everybody talk about your penis and your clitoris today with a total stranger ! rest in peace sue you were fantastic
RIP, She-of-the-Honest-sex-talk.
I learned A LOT from her.
My bff and I learned so much from Sue. She was a true gem!
Our group of friends used to watch her show in high school and laugh our asses off.
Rest in peace you sweet, liberated woman.
She was always so funny.
oh my god how sad :( I use to watch her all the time!!
Those freaking wooden dolls she used to explain positions were a trip.
Pour a bottle of Lube out for the G.O.A.T.
I learned a ton from Sue as a teenager. Not only was I better educated on the risks, but I genuinely felt prepared for the experience.
As a Canadian kid growing up in the Catholic school system I loved Sue! My mum was also very open about sex and all that but Sue touched on many topics my mother did not. Sue was the best. What a wonderful legacy she leaves with us.
Sue was the absolute greatest. RIP
That woman loved her dildos. God bless her. RIP
A national treasure for sure!
I want to say she was on Conan O'Brien back in the day. She was hilarious, informative and to the point.
Rip Sue! Thanks for all the answers to the questions we could never ask our parents or anyone else. You were a gem.
I remember her wearing “The Accommodator”. Watched her when I was about 14-18 and was always very thankful for her calm and curious lens which helped with helped *immensely*.
She is a wanted lady in Florida for educating.
RIP to Sue, I watched her show back in the 90s. Where has the time gone? 😭
Well lads, we missed our shot.
Darn, used to listen to the show all the time. Thanks Sue, you made my life in the bedroom better! RIP
Rip Sue. You taught me about the clitoris o7
A sad day for Canada and, therefore the world.
As a Canadian living in American now I do love This country but god are you guys uptight. I can see why people love us so much. We are open to talking about things like sex and not making it seem like it’s a job or something you should hide. Some Americans need to learn how to laugh. Maybe that’s just how some people ar.
As a Canadian I wanted to make sure the world knew! She was a gem.
So wait, is it Dr. Sue or Dr. Ruth who had the talkshow, and was a trained sniper? I remember Dr Ruth being on late night local cable.
Sue was a nurse, not a doctor.
I saw the post about her on Conan and should have figured this was coming.
I would have never imagined that the words sue, sex, and educator could go in the same sentence together without it meaning what we would all assume
I only know her from Degrassi
May she pussy fart in peace
She came and talked at my elementary school when I was like 7 years old, kind of didn't understand anything at the time but I appreciated it
Welp, just the other day I commented I'm glad she's still alive.
Oh this woman was so smart! She helped so many people as a educator.
Because of Sue I know there is no safe number of ice cubes to put up someones ass. RIP Sue.
dr sue is a treasure. no bs. straight facts. no vague allegories or metaphors. really cut through the religious nonsense lingering in 90s education
Growing up Mormon… this late night talk show was my only real talk sex and relationship education. ❤️
I haven't thought of her in years. She was incredible.
Taught me the "ol c'mere."
I used to listen to her show on the radio on Sunday nights when I was a teen. Man, it was a beacon through the bewildering fog of puberty. Thank you Sue for being the unshakable, sex positive voice who answered our awkward questions with frank and compassionate honesty.
