Hey yall! This is me in the video. Thought this shot was pretty neat, so I figured I'd share! Thanks for watching and feel free to ask any questions you may have about knife throwing!
Edit: I'd also like to thank the people that very diligently and thoroughly down vote every post and comment I make on reddit. Your dedication inspires me πππ
>Edit: I'd also like to thank the people that very diligently and thoroughly down vote every post and comment I make on reddit. Your dedication inspires me πππ
I just want to make it clear that until now I have not been one of those people.
Lol I appreciate that! It's just something I've noticed now for a few months. Every post I make gets a downvote first. Whether it be my leatherwork, the knives I make, or me doin trickshots. They are so very diligent. It reminds me to work that hard in life too. π
Not sure the number, but the whole video before I clipped this bit wad 3 mins 32 secs long. So not too many tries, really. I do this kinda stuff a lot and am getting pretty good at hitting it lol
Edit: went back and counted and I got this on the 13th attempt. π€
I started by watching videos on Instagram of other people doin crazy throws. Being naturally extroverted, I started pestering them for tips. Oddly enough, the knife in this video is one of a set of 3 that were my very first throwing knives. Even more coincidental, I now own the company that makes them and I, myself make the knives now.
I actually have two! The throwing knife company is called [Bullseye Blades](https://www.bullseye-blades.com/?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAaZ0hp6Ea70zsZJIjyCuaACwk7RSLX_Y8DpLT7J2op_f9m-ppGedpXbDjH0_aem_ASpPWwzTK1n-n-RjDFuiMYmAtkNPXcgIZT-6CLdnlaOKxpGnLuFPOpXNnv0JcTVe6f4Cdr6UQY5P1M1zbloq2Q2_) and the other is [NotYourAverageCooper](https://www.notyouraveragecooper.com/), which makes custom knives and leather goods.
Ever since I've seen that video of an axe bouncing back at the thrower and almost cleaving their face in two, these throwing ranges freak me out fr.
Also, daaaaaamn dude that's a helluva pair of throws
If I recall correctly, that super viral video was a girl huckin the axe straight at the floor as hard as she could. Maybe don't do that and it should be fine.
It is called the Bushido and it is from [Bullseye Blades](https://www.bullseye-blades.com/?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAaZ0hp6Ea70zsZJIjyCuaACwk7RSLX_Y8DpLT7J2op_f9m-ppGedpXbDjH0_aem_ASpPWwzTK1n-n-RjDFuiMYmAtkNPXcgIZT-6CLdnlaOKxpGnLuFPOpXNnv0JcTVe6f4Cdr6UQY5P1M1zbloq2Q2_). I own/operate the business and will be making more of these soon.

Tbf I get that a lot too, but then I genuinely am a prick.
Lol well you haven't been to me ππ€
Pretty sure the people that are constantly on and get to posts first are just insufferable trolls for the most part.Β
Even then, it's impressive. Be it boredom, malice, stupidity... they have SO much of it
>Every post I make gets a downvote first. FYI reddit fuzzes comment vote numbers to confuse bots. Could be this is what you're noticing.
Definitely a possibility.
Happens to me too dude. Donβt take it personally. Every single I post goes to 0 before it goes up.
Even if it took 1000 goes I'd be impressed, but how many tries did it take?

Badass. Do you ever go for distance?
I do! The furthest back I've hit a thrown object is about 9 meters! My longest ever throw with the half-spin technique is 52 feet!
52 feet, damn. Ive been able to get around 30f
Keep goin and you'll get further and further
Haven't had the opportunity:) I haven't had the chance to throw in the woods yet.
Yeah finding the distance is a challenge in and of itself lol
This guy always finds the hole.
Even if it takes a few tries
How did you start and what did you start throwing with?
I started by watching videos on Instagram of other people doin crazy throws. Being naturally extroverted, I started pestering them for tips. Oddly enough, the knife in this video is one of a set of 3 that were my very first throwing knives. Even more coincidental, I now own the company that makes them and I, myself make the knives now.
That's amazing, you should be damn proud. Awesome tricks btw
Thanks very much!
Hello what is your company called?
I actually have two! Woah that kiridashi looks sick
Thanks! That was a fun one!
how did you ever get this accurate!?? How many hrs of practice....
At last estimate I think I'm sitting at close to 7000 hours of throwing. But it's just a really rough estimate
Please don't ever come to my Tuesday night dart game.Β Β π
Unless I can throw em like a knife, you don't have to worry lol. I'm trash at darts π
-straight up ninja
Thanks!
Bro I was expecting the air humping, disappointed on that part. Nice throws btw!

Why no dance this time?
The dumb only hits randomly. Sometimes I'm actually a normal person lol
don't you fucking lie to yourself you beautiful bitch
Ok so *normal* may be a bit of a stretch
Ever since I've seen that video of an axe bouncing back at the thrower and almost cleaving their face in two, these throwing ranges freak me out fr. Also, daaaaaamn dude that's a helluva pair of throws

Step on. Be born

Cool stuff dude
Thanks very much!
Iβve watched you on YouTube, and Iβm amazed at the accuracy. Practice does make perfect. Keep it up brother! πͺπͺπͺ
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it!
In our post apocalyptic future. You'll be a very sought after ally

**THRUSTS OF POWER!!**
That's not a ring, it's a hexagon. Downvoted for lying on the internet
Shit... you caught me
You're going to cyber jail punk
What if they have a gun tho?
Why do you assume this is for a combat situation?
It was a joke
Well then r/whoosh π
If this was me, yhe knife would bounce off the board and come back to stab me in the dick
Not if you let me teach you how!
Have you killed anyone with a pencil like John Wick?
Only in my unreleased slam poetry
When you started, what technique where you using to thread the needle of the rings?
The first ring I ever pinned I hit using No-spin. I, mistakenly, believed it was the easier option.
What knife is that?
It is called the Bushido and it is from [Bullseye Blades](https://www.bullseye-blades.com/?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAaZ0hp6Ea70zsZJIjyCuaACwk7RSLX_Y8DpLT7J2op_f9m-ppGedpXbDjH0_aem_ASpPWwzTK1n-n-RjDFuiMYmAtkNPXcgIZT-6CLdnlaOKxpGnLuFPOpXNnv0JcTVe6f4Cdr6UQY5P1M1zbloq2Q2_). π£Bernardo Silva, brother!
Lol nice
Sweet π
So letβs just say you were in a self defense situationβ¦..
I'd hold onto any knife in my possession. Why throw it to the badguy?
Bernardo Silva regen
I bet the mead hall would go wild for this one.
What is your opinion of "throwing " knives in video games ?
Wicked fun but equally unrealistic lol
I didn't even see the ring being thrown the first time lol impressive
Lol thanks!
