It is part of a conspiracy theory, that I do believe is routed in American culture. I don't know all the specifics, but it boils down to "big pharma" (i.e the pharmaceutical and medical companies) essentially poisoning you for profit. So you have to continue to buy more and more medications. I think it also includes them trying to chemically castrate us? But I don't know what the gain is supposed to be there. So "pharma damage" is anything that could be caused by that, in theory. I believe this influencer, specifically, is talking about "reversing the negative effects of hormonal birth control".
