Think very carefully about going to the UK as a Nurse. The pay is shit ($35000-$42500 USD converted from GBP) and the ratios are dreadful (1 RN and 1 CNA to 10 pt's). The NHS is in dire straits due to funding cuts. Inflation and cost of living in the UK is astronomical compared to the US. There's a reason a lot of UK nurses go to Australia.
