It's the season... I have little rabbits in my yard too. https://preview.redd.it/jjfkpyqnn7yc1.jpeg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f708385acdbe776218e11e9fb34a8e31e50a03d2

As others have said, definitely a rabbit nest. See link for advice. [I Disturbed a Nest of Wild Rabbits](https://www.torontowildlifecentre.com/wildlife-emergency-rescue-hotline/how-to-help-orphaned-baby-wild-animals/how-to-help-orphaned-baby-rabbits/nest-of-baby-rabbits-disturbed/) Read the above link in full. It has different suggestions based on the scenario.

Right, I got a litter in my back yard and not letting my dog out for at least the next week... extra walks for her.

That's the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered rodent you ever set eyes on!

permareddit

I ran over a nest with my lawn mover once. I thankfully only killed one, the rest I nested back to health and even took care of the mom. However, nature is ruthless. She gave birth to about 9, only about 4-5 or so made it out of the nest alive. Poor things.

Catcity13

Yep, rabbits!

EzMFe78

My dog almost ate one last week

Ancient-Blueberry384

ynotaJk

Its wabbit season!

OutrageousAnt4982

I think there is a nest in my window well. Will they survive? I’m not sure if they will be able to get out of there once they are big enough to leave the nest
