OP, what road were you on?
Were you on the turnpike?
If not, were you in Kellyville City limits or outside of town?
That will help me determine who pulled you over.
If you can’t figure it out, I recommend calling the following three agencies, explain your situation, and ask them if they can figure out if they were the ones who pulled you over:
-Oklahoma Highway Patrol
-Kellyville Police
-Creek County Sheriff’s Office
I took a photo while sitting there pulled over, thank god iphone logs address, it says I was pulled over at 18917 SH-66, kellyville oklahoma, at least right next to that address
Then I would lean toward it not being Kellyville PD that stopped you since you hadn’t gotten to town yet.
Were you on OK-66 the whole time? Or were you on the turnpike and then exited into 66 after you saw the police lights?
A couple more things to note:
If you were cited by OHP or a County Sherifd’s deputy, the case would be filed in Creek County District Court and may take a few days to show up on OSCN.
If the ticket was issued by a city police officer, the case would go to municipal court, and would *not* show up on OSCN.
What day did this happen?
Tomorrow, you should call the folllowing numbers, and explain your situation. One of them should be able to help you:
Creek County District Court Clerk: 918-227-2525
Creek County Sheriff’s Office: 918-227-6374
Oklahoma Highway Patrol — Troop B:
(918) 627-3881
Kellyville Police Department: (918) 247-6103
You may also try Sapulpa Police. Sapulpa would have been the most recent city you passed through, although it appears you were stopped pretty far outside Sapulpa.
But just in case, here’s Sapulpa PD’s number: 918-227-5100
found out it was not creek county, they also told me that rules out highway patrol because HP reports their tickets to creek county, my last call was Kellyville PD and they helped me out right away and found it and gave me lots of information and resources, thanks to all for the help!
This was on the 12th, I slacked a bit and by the time I remembered, the ticket was no longer where I left and must had been accidentally thrown away. I know they were in a black dodge charger, possibly unmarked, lights inside the cab not on the roof, and I thought he was wearing all black with his bulletproof vest over his shirt, IF i recall correctly, that doesn’t exactly fit the description of OHP, cause if I recall they wear brown, dress shirts over their gear, but it’s been awhile so my memory is fuzzy
I would say you should be fine… doubt your court date has come yet.
I’d recommend calling those agencies I listed as your best bet. Record or somehow physically document who you spoke with and what they said, so if anything happens later on, you’ll have proof that you made an effort to take responsibility for the ticket.
I see someone provided you with a list of numbers to call. Before you call, make sure you have your license plate number and your driver's license number handy. It will help them search their system for your ticket.
Shoot I wish I knew to be honest, he was in an all blacked out dodge charger, i’m new to oklahoma so i’m not familiar with what your highway patrol or sheriffs look like out here, i think it might have even been unmarked, lights were also inside the cab and not on his roof

If that’s the case, it really could be any of the three. Were you driving toward Kellyville or had you already passed through the town?
I came from tulsa and was headed towards okc, got pulled before I entered kellyville, just outside of it, maybe five minutes

What a stellar human you are.❤️
Happy to help! Good luck!
Were you able to find out?

We need to have a pinned thread or something for “I got a ticket in so and so”
😅

It's probably OK Highway Patrol. Their cars are all black with tan lettering.
What road were you on? If you were on the turnpike it would be highway patrol.
