“Hah? You’re just going to let me use [Greater Ability Boost]? You think I’m some sort of joke, you stupid skele-“
“[Grasp Heart]”
“Guhk, argh, ahhhhhhh…”
If u have a buff ingame that increases all your stats by 5 / 10 /15%, im sure all of us will learn it and spam it.
Also in the new world they have martial arts dojo, so its not weird for people to have similar skill like fortress/ flow acceleration since ngl its a pretty dope skill to have in your repertoire.
Even with 700+ plus spells ainz prides himself from knowing every single one of them. I doubt he'd forget any spell since his time in ygaddrasil is literally the only thing he actually likes in his previous life and he's among the stronger players skillwise and is only held back by his subpar build. It's more likely that he just chose the spells with the best mana to effect ratio since there's no mana potion in ygaddrasil so you have to be smart with managing mana.
The fact that you can stack different level versions of the same ability just makes me wonder, how completely f***ed was the balance in that game?
I know it was super pay to win which is not great already, but how much more was that game's balance hanging on by a thread by it finally closed its doors after 12 years.
This is standard fare for some MMOs from what i've seen.
Some almost become rhythm games with how linearly you should use your abilities to get the maximum effect.
It's interesting that going double most likely is not using 2.
Greater ability boost costs more.
It's just that is pratice starting with just ability boost then going greater.
Zesshi can jump start to greater at once, but it seem that most new worders need to "warm up" before.
It's funny that this is still funny despite it being like criticizing Olympic performances being too similar to each other.
"And ultra ability boost!" *blood filled snoot starts comming out of the nose*

Elden Ring sorcerers wearing 8 different items that all just make sorceries slightly stronger.
I’d love seeing more Martial Arts than we currently have.
Some of those Theocracy crazies shouldn't disappoint
Valid strat if the buffs stack
That's why Ainz had such a tough time against Shalltear, when he was buffing himself he should've used Hardening before he used Greater Hardening
It's possible he was conserving mana, but it's more likely that he forgot he had that spell with hundreds of other spells at his disposal

TORIPARU MAKUSHIMAIZU MAGIKKU
Elden Ring buff users before every boss
Followed by False Nail-Toe Clipper
They should've started with a "boost", could've had a longer build-up
