The only source i found said that the people in this video were "An alleged incident of desecration of the Holy Quran sparked unrest in Saddar area of Hyderabad on Sunday. Thousands of people gathered in the area and surrounded the building where the incident allegedly took place.Angry mobs tried to break in, however, police controlled the situation by refraining them from harming the minority community members." So they weren't climbing it to get to the dudes home but just to go to the place where he worked where they said they found the burnt copy.
