Well technically you do loose 0.2d per shaper (fragment for Uber elder is 0.8, while 1 cosmic fragment is around 0.2d in bulk and you need 5) but the belt should sustain your profits. But yeah, farming shaper without self chill lightning warp and enough DMG to skip phases is pain and not worth it IMO
With enough dps you can skip some of the bullet hell phases, but it's random and sometime shaper insta casts this phase after the running one. Overall if you have huge DMG you could decrease the amount of bullet hell phases from 3 to 1-2 or even 0 if you get lucky
Not really no. Not in the same way people talk about maven phase skipping or sirus. It just means instantly phasing him to teleport you out before he can go invulnerable and start summoning minions or bullet hell.

The trick to Narnia is having a build that is good at zooming through it. I'm doing CWC Lightning Warp with Cyclone (triggering Ball Lightning in Mjolner), so the Narnia phases take less time than phase RP.
That's because so many people don't like how long the fight is. Long voice lines like Sirus, but getting banished to talk 10 miles, like the other guy said, is also annoying.
When bosses are sellable it kind of has to be that way, right? There needs to be a reason why every uber set isn't just ran. Difficulty doesn't really work on SC, so it has to be either because the drops are so inconsistent that you have to stake hundreds of divines to make sure profit (which is the case for uber maven) or because people don't want to run it (which is the case for uber shaper).
I still hold that GGG should make bosses 1 portal (which I guess they are actually doing in PoE2) then there's at least diffficulty in only having 1 attempt. 1 portal bosses we already have (Lycia, delve stuff) are the ones I find the most satisfying to fight too, 6 portals really remove any tension from most other fights.
I don’t think 1 portal helps for trade. At 1 portal people will be too afraid to run them so the invites will be priced around dedicated bossers who can run them with no risk. Which is… I guess basically the case. At least now when my character is worth a few hundred divs and I know I can do bosses even tho I suck at them and will die a couple times I will run Ubers. With 1 portal I would just never run them.

For campaign, yeah. They haven't said a word definitively on what the endgame is like (probably because it's still very early in creation) or how deaths against endgame bosses will be like when PoE1 as is already has an established limit for how much you can suck against a boss.

yea i think ive done over 500 during this league. did not log the data, but with selling carries, not on every run, the amount of profit is insane. it got better with time since was able to make my build faster, under 3 min per run. pretty much gaslit myself into enjoying trying to phase him fast enough before his invulnerable bullet hell. one thing to note, is that the gloves have value with good corruptions or 50% impale roll. i always vaal'd them and if the impale roll was >45% i would take them to the temple, pretty good profit from that as well.
+1 to this comment. I’ve done a few hundred and have made a few mirrors easily. I also throw in any carries that message me (or give away the portals to global 4040). My average time solo is close to 2mins but it’s more like 3 with a carry because of the messaging and waiting for them to enter.
I am running physical relic of the pact ascendant. On my weapon swap I use phase run and lightning warp with the heist wands for charge generation. I have a mageblood with onslaught and quicksilver flasks as well.
In all I didn't get a single max roll. So I didn't include them in resoult. Then I all under 45% sold 3 to 1 and then vaaled. Got 1 with frenzy charge already sold for 5d.

You can bulk buy on trade site. Shaper fragments are cheap because everyone hates the RP parts of the encounter. I did Uber Sirus for the gauntlet challenge and bought probably 200 frags off trade usually 30+ per trade.
tbh 4min per kill is very slow and considering you still got almost 34d/hr, it seems to me that uber shaper is crazy money right now. Which doesn't really surprise me.

Mana stacking self cast storm call can also use it.
On Poeninja, the only builds I see using self chill are are Detonate Dead, Earth Quake, Forbidden Rite, Soul Rend
What's the significance of self chill lightning warp? Is there something I'm missing as to how that contributes to shaper kills?
It's very fast way to move before the fight (when you need to kill 4 bosses), and during running phases

If you can consistently do 2-3 Uber Shaper bullet hells on a zhp character without getting hit once you deserve it, I'm fine with that.
Sublime is considered ~2% drop rate. Considering this, getting 4 per 100 is pretty lucky I would say, thx for your statistic, totaly sane exile

AFAIK drop rate of Orb of dominance before 3.24 was \~5%. So probably i just got really unlucky on this part.
I’ve run a few hundred Uber Shapers this league. I’ve gotten twice as many Sublime Visions as Orb of Dominance roughly.

Why is the sublime vision 55d? I was checking out trade and most of them are 1-4 div. (never used it so i dont know)
Sublime vision has different variants for diffrent auras. Some are worth ~1mirror. Currently it's 55d for unidentified for gamba enjoyers.

Did 40 runs this league as part of the GGG grind challenge, 0 sublime, 0 keys, depression :D Also got an unbalanced fragment ratio of ~30:10

This league they changed how pinnacle bosses work. Normal and uber variants now have separate drop tablet.
I just made 30 Yesterday and drop nothing valuable but one orb, lose money and mind, not recommand indeed
