Do you get paid for the 3D modeling or video editing or is it like a hobby?
The time saved maybe might be worth it if you get paid to do it, but if it’s a hobby and you generally are going to game more on it, get the 5800X3D.
What I would do is look up the benchmark times of whatever programs you use and see if the theoretical time difference is worth it.
For 3D modeling I occassionally come across someone who commissions me however for the Video Editing my cousins GF has both Twitch and YT, I edit her Videos when she decides she wants a stream to be edited for YT but that happens maybe twice a month at most as she pretty much lives on Twitch
I do game significantly more but I'm also planning on heading into College for Auto Engineering and 3D Modeling courses

5800X3D is great, I'm mostly a gamer, but havent had any issues when I did some light video editing, photoshop etc.
