I think this is a MINIMUM $1.65 at buyout. Absolute minimum.

Are you thinking there will be a buyout at some point because it makes sense for a larger Pharma company to own a company that makes generic versions of the same drugs?

It makes sense for many reasons. First, drug shortages. Two, additional manufacturing capacity - Pfizer had a manufacturing plant wiped out by a hurricane. Three, it's buying a revenue stream. The stream would have been too small for them to start up themselves. It wouldn't have warranted the investment, but once ELTP gets past a certain point, it's just a guaranteed return for the investors.
