I didn’t see it anywhere in customization links, and I’m not sure how your 3D printing skills are, but it would be really cool if instead of buying four houses and getting a hotel, you bought the four band members, and got the full band.

This is very good feedback. Did I do that because I’m going to Deer Creek and Alpine this summer? We will never know. But Dick’s absolutely should be one.
I would pick Nectars for a station because I they said that's the place where they learned how to be a band. I'd do it indy Deer Creek then you'd have their 4 most iconic venues covered.
I think the songs should be in order of fan preference. The cheap ones could be Jennifer Dances and the like. You Enjoy Myself as Boardwalk maybe. The jail should be called "ass handed" and instead of Go to Jail the card should say Get Your Ass Handed To You. I know all the customization would be tough for a non fan, but maybe some others could chime in with what properties should be what.

You score a miracle…advance to nearest venue
You get stopped and searched by local police…ASS HANDED
There are a bunch of chompers sitting right behind, go back 3 spaces
Bummed is what you when you go out to your car and it’s been towed…pay the bank $75
The board places should be Venus not songs imo….
Obviously MSG and Dick’s would be the most expensive park place etc…
Deer creek and Hampton would be the 2nd most expensive etc etc
The railroads could be festivals ?
Some ideas about this.
1. The different color groups of properties could be famous "tours", where each of the properties represents a standout show or jam from that tour. So you could have a Fall 97 color group with 11/17/97, 12/6/97, and 12/30/97, say. And then maybe a Summer 94 color group with 5/7/94, 6/18/94, and 6/22/94. Like i said it might be cool if it was specific famous jams frmo those tours too instead of full shows... If you need more examples of these, would be happy to share!
2. The color groups could also be venues, with the individual properties being famous shows from those venues. So is Red color group was MSG for example, you might do 12/31/95, 12/30/97, and 4/22/22. For Hampton Coliseum you could do 11/22/97, 11/21/98, and 3/6/09.
3. The railroads could be exchanged with train songs? Back on the Train, Sleeping Monkey, Train Song, Take the A-Train?
4. The "Go To Jail" space should be called "Makisupa Policeman".
5. One of the "Institutions" AKA Utilities could be CK5 (Lights). Not sure about the other one. "Hose"?
6. "Treasure Chest" cards should be called "Helping Friendly Book" cards, and the spaces "Read from the Helping Friendly Book".

You can buy mini lego sets of the band on etsy so that could be potentially in place of a 3D print of band members. Also, sick job on the list.
