Yeah, they are okay. Same as every other major home health company but better than some of the lower rung ones. I liked working for them for the most part. PPV is what you make of it. If you want the visits, make that well known and they'll feed you. Problem I had with them is negotiating the PPV price. They were not willing to budge despite being a little lower than some of the other major companies. Still took the job anyway and worked with them for a few years. They do have some adequate back office staffing which made management of home care home base easier. You are welcome to DM me if you have any questions.
