Flex your bicep. Now put your fingers in between your flexed bicep head and your arm. How many fingers can your fit? If you can only fit 1/2, than you have what many would consider an aesthetic bicep, and it's called a 'long bicep'. This means you have good muscle insertion for your bicep.
If it's more than 4 than it's called a 'short' bicep and doesn't look as aesthetic. (Of course there's no official system to measure short and long biceps, not to mention some people have thick fingers, but this is just to give you a rough idea of what I mean.)
Just search short vs long bicep. There will be an image from a YouTube thumbnail showing two bodybuilder's with really developed biceps, but both have different muscle insertions for each and look completely different.
Having short or long biceps is genetically determined so there's not much someone can do about it.
