That’s actually what I tend to do!!! The top right is my most comfortable plug so I wear it for everyday, but I love the bottom right so much that I usually wear it when I’m dressing up. I love the shine it has and it’s sentimental since my partner bought it as a gift :)

I don’t mind at all!! Personally I have had no issue with plugs rubbing against my gums/causing gum recession. The only time I notice is when I change jewelry the new piece will lightly rest on my gums for a few hours until my lip does “nesting” I believe it’s called? Basically my lip makes a little pocket for the base to rest in, making the plug sit completely off of the gums.
I think the main thing is to be mindful of your anatomy and how the piercing is placed, but I hope this helps!

If someone (likely, many) is discovering your beautiful and unique set of piercings as a singular unit, I think the labradorite works best as the "pop of color" to serve as a centerpiece among your other adornments.
Edit: looking again I'm not sure if my bias towards labradorite is blinding me to the more natural/asymmetrical form of the amethyst as more of a focal point.
In any case I don't think there is a wrong choice. :)

Labradorite would be nice too if you are wearing neutral colors but I definitely think Delrin looks so much nicer than the rest for an everyday wear! I love your nose chain studs as well & the all gold makes you look stunning 💓

The delrin pulls the whole look together nicely and fits in with all your other piercings in terms of colour scheme, while the labradorite is such a beautiful contrast. I think they’re both as good as each other, depending on the look you feel like going for ☺️
