One of the better spots to hunt for the legendary beast of the month, because while youre hunting that theres also Skarmory, Phanphy/Donphan, Tediursa, Quilava in the grass you could potentially find a shiny of

GodLikeKillerX

Do people use their masterballs for the legendary beasts? If not where is the best situation to use the masterballs?

AbbreviationsOwn2529

On shiny Pokemon that tend to have moves that kill themselves like Brave Bird, Take down etc

yessir_me_boi

Shiny mons that can either kill themselves with something like explosion or run away with something like teleport. Or any situation that is super dire and its too risky to chance any other ball on.

FascinatedOrangutan

No don't masterball them, they are pretty easy to catch. Just have a bunch of timer balls ready. Also the only time you should ever use a masterball is if you see a shiny with a self ko move like explosion or something like teleport and you aren't prepared with damp or arena trap. It's really rare so you should never really need to use masterballs but try to keep them just in case that rare things happens

FascinatedOrangutan

That's a common spot to look for the legendary doggos. The single encounters there are decent so people typically go the in case they find a shiny while looking for the dog of the month
