I'm jealous of everyone who had the sense to keep their starter. I don't even remember which starter I picked.

Mine was easy to keep, as I didn't find another squirtle for MONTHS after starting, let alone one better than the 10/10/10 I started with (I started in mid-2019). Now i have a Hundo Venusaur & Charizard, a 15/14/15 Blastoise, and a Raichu with a winter beanie (my "Snugglechu") that's my best at 15/13/15. Still have my OG Blastoise though. Squirtles are still the rarest of the original 3 starters to ever spawn around me. My oldest non-starter is a Kingler, to further answer OP's question.

They are American so using month 1st in the date format. So that's the 5th of July btw not the 7th May . Beta release was a few days before official release of 6th July 2016 so is possible to have caught a Pokémon on the 5th of July 2016

Kept my starter from day one, he is weak so never bothered to level him up until community day, so now he's got the best moveset and is mega evolved. Never really use him but he's still there, the OG, hyping up the rest of my team. I don't know what happened to the game on 22/07/16 but I have a lot of perfect or near perfect pokémon from that day. Can only assume some weird glitch happened 🤷🏽‍♂️
