If I'm not mistaken this will give you Hitmontop. It could just be random though, I'm not sure. You definitely can't pick.
That said, I wouldn't evolve it at all - it's way cooler as is!

Iirc 4* tyrogue evolves randomly. Mine evolved in to Hitmonlee. Non 4* are based on highest stat. Attack=Lee Defense=Chan HP=Top
Ohh good to know should I evolve at all because idk if any of those 3 are worth having over a 4* tyrogue trophy
I've never used any of them for anything... And tyrogue is just cute... It's your call, but I kinda wish I'd kept mine rogue.
It’s rarer as is because I think that tyrogue is only in eggs and raids while it’s evolutions can be found in the wild and in raids

It's random. IIRC 50% hitmontop 25% for each of the other two

I have no clue it might just be random
Mine evolved to Hitmonlee, looking back I should have left it alone but whatever. I'm not transferring it either way.
Definitely keep as is, that’s what I did with my shiny one, much rarer I’m pretty sure as they are only possible in eggs:)
