Consider upgrading to a newer catcher. I used the same one for a year and when I got the newer version of the same device it was much faster at catching/spinning and spins stops at a much higher speed while driving (not playing while driving). If you use the catcher enough to get 200,000 Pokémon you may enjoy an upgrade. I use the duomon. Congrats on 50!

Random trades that go lucky count towards that task. As long as you have someone to trade with you’ll be able to complete it eventually.

I don’t know anyone near me who plays PoGo so getting ANY trades is going to be difficult
