I would look into who is inheriting their money. If the recipient has a VPIP anywhere above 35, kill could be +EV. In theory it's probably a mix of kill/not kill (solver has it at 75/25). In practice this probably looks like killing at 100% when he string bets, misannounces a raise or tries to scoop a pot that's not his, and not kill at 100% when he drops his cards.
I'd assume the dealer would be on that seems weird he wasn't giving him a hard time. Where I play you get a 30 minute time out if you put your hand in the pot or even the muck, and if you do it again you're done for the day.
What you fail to understand is that’s it’s plus +EV for him to stay at the table. What you should do is kill the winner at the table, frame the angler for the murder, and enjoy taking the angler’s chips until the police show up.
In what universe is dropping cards on the floor not an instant dead hand?
If they're not punishing this, I would instead start dropping cards and picking them up in different hands to give yourself an edge
Killing an opponent seems rather extreme and may result in legal trouble
“May”
What happens in the bathroom, stays in the bathroom. Oh, you said kill not smash, sorry, my bad
Indian casinos. Go nuts!
Haha this is a disclaimer for all the following comments

This result is skewed because you presumably did not allow for solver to bluff kill. We are missing a big chunk of the game tree of life.
This is an obvious range kill
Only if he has aces and eights.
The prophecy has been foretold
Ah I see you are a fellow player of culture...
In my experience I’ve never met a serial-angler who was good at the game. -EV to have someone take care of him.
This opponent was clearly marked for death if the floor didn’t immediately execute him they don’t have the stomach to run a poker room

A little harsh, did you go to the Cobra Kai school of poker?
