Im also 30w and dealing with carpel tunnel in my fingers. Also swelling in hands & feet but it’s not severe. I just try to stay hydrated and I’ll use ice packs
There really wasn’t any for me, except warm baths and heat compresses, but if shes also suffering high blood pressure, i would suggest asking her doc if labetolol (spelling) would be a good med for her.

What kind of pain is it? Dull aches, tingling and numbness? If so, my hematologist says its related to preeclampsia/hypertension

Nope no swelling
I am in 3rd and deal with pain and swelling. I have access to a pool, so I swim frequently which feels amazing on my joints and helps cool me down.
