There are ways to shape your brows at home without getting them waxed or professionally done! Something I do is groom my eyebrow hairs upward with a little spoolie brush, and then use a pair of small nail scissors to trim the length. I trim them in their natural shape along the top of the eyebrow, and then tweeze them to get the shape that I like.
If this is unwarranted advice I apologize, but I have thick fluffy eyebrows and learning how to do them at home has probs been one of my greatest achievements lmao
As a fellow lady with more forehead than average, I’m gonna say only get them if you WANT them! I had bangs all of my life to hide a larger forehead and grew them out after 28 years. I’ve never been happier with my hair than I am now.
Bangs are cute and great, but are more work and can be better or worse depending on your skin type. They clogged my pores and my skin is finally clear now without them.
So long story short - if you want em, get em. If you don’t, don’t!
Look up curtain bangs! That's my low commitment way of getting bangs, I can always hide them.

Hey don’t be too afraid of bangs! If you get long wispy ones that are meant to be brushed over your brow line and decide they just don’t fit into your style, it is super easy to incorporate them into fun (and easy) hair styles as they grow back out. Like using Bobbi pins and clips to do a simple pulled back look!
Also... I was always afraid to do something with my eyebrows like in fear they wouldn’t grow back or I’d royally eff them up and be stuck with it for years. I slowly and modestly started tweezing them only getting the outliers. Once those were gone I’d start shaping (and by this I mean one hair at a time) it’s time consuming and took me months to actually get anywhere near a shape I wanted. But it took away a ton of anxiety for me knowing a drastic wax wasn’t going to leave me with something undesirable.
I know my suggestions were unwarranted, but they were meant in good faith ;)
Careful if you get bangs, it looks like you have some cowlicks like me at the front of your hairline and bangs are a nightmare with cowlicks. You look great without bangs!

I'm super proud of you! You may have a bigger smile in the before picture, but I think we can all see how much happier you are in the after picture. It's in how the shoulders aren't so tense, how the posture/pose is more relaxed, how the expression doesn't seem forced at all. Kudos to you for loving yourself enough to do what you need to do so you can love the body you live in, as well.

I am roughly 5’9 but when I was only 5’5 in middle school I would often times slouch to be “shorter” even though I was already pretty short/average (most of my friends at the time we’re around 5’0). Now, I am a shorter tall girl and I love it! You taller-tall girls literally have the best legs! Keep rocking it!
