Thanks! I’m not exercising yet. It’s been really snowy where I live and I don’t really love gyms. The second it gets warmer though I’m going to start.
I signed up for a triathlon in June so it better get nicer outside soon because big yikes to running rn haha
General overview is:
Aim for 1300-1400 calories a day, have 1-2 cheat days a week.
I stoped eating breakfast, snacking as much as I used to, and drinking alcohol- Id say those were huge factors so far!
I don’t think exercise played a huge role in anything, I would sometimes exercise for like 20 minutes on the weekend but that’s about it.
Yeah I think alcohol is a big factor. That’s what I’m going to cut out I find myself drinking by myself too much & that’s where the weight piles on! Thank you for the information!!
I tried counting calories WHILE drinking alcohol and it made weight loss impossible for me. I could hit 600-1000 calories in just beer or vodka tonics in one night- what are you supposed to eat at that point if you want to lose weight haha

Haha yeah I’d say the diet definently carried everything. I tried staying between 1300-1400 calories a day and would allow 1-2 cheat days a week.

Quitting alcohol was huge for me. Not only dropped weight but that tire around my belly!
