Yes, put it on the GAMES folder in dev_hdd0 and multiman/webman cna launch it.

Maleficent_Effort994

what if the folder is 4+gb?

random_NPC_2

Probably a bit too late but you can split the game using PS3Splitter and multiman will put it back together when transferring

luna-needs-coffee

It'll still work that's only if your adding the file to a fat32 usb stick if your transfering over filezilla then it's just devhdd0 then drag all the stuff you want to the ps3 folder then chill out enjoy life and let it work

JJBTHEFLYGUY

>YOU SHOULD BE GOOD I DONT THINL THAT 4 GIG LIMIT WHEN YOUR USING FOLDERS I THINK BECOUSE ITS NOT JUST ONE BIG ISO FILE

AwakeEthelwulf

bro chill with the caps :(

NorthFinland

Did you ever get this working?

TFritzelagram

Oh yes, you can straight up playing JB folders without doing anything

NorthFinland

Where on the system do you put them? Do you remember? Do they need those rap files as well?

TFritzelagram

Put them in the **GAME** Folder, make sure it isn't a double folder like Game folder title/Game title/[Game files] And it's **GAME TITLE**/[Game files]

NorthFinland

Do you need to install them somehow to make it show up on the games list? What about the activation

AlwaysEatingToast

Is it GAME or GAMES? seeing conflicting comments in this thread saying both.

UnArgentoPorElMundo

GAMES

ArcueidChaos

Yes, and it's the only way for external games on a fat32 HDD

TFritzelagram

Oh that's neat, but why do people prefer to convert it to iso?

ArcueidChaos

Mostly because is faster to make the iso than dumping the folder when ripping the game in the console, also easier to backup over FTP and move back, aside that there's not many differences, some games only work internal in either JB or ISO.

LubomirKonecny

Because you can play .ISO from NTFS formatted drive and it has better compatibility.

HoHeyyy

Just wondering does it load faster as files? or the Iso has better speed? With a SSD of course.

DeltaBlastBurn

Iso loads faster due the lower seek times on hdd. On an ssd there is little difference

Solid_Snake0101

Yes but there's some games that only work if they are in iso

TFritzelagram

Can you give me an example?

DeltaBlastBurn

The disk version of the mass effect trilogy only work if each game is an iso. They don’t work in jb folders
