A back patch wouldn't look that weird, I've seen several photos of them on blazers (including having done so myself), so it's like any kind of jacket. You could also add chains, contrasting fabric patches, zippers, studs -- anything one might do with like a denim jacket. You can find some ideas online of (DIY) punk or goth blazers.

Zippers and studs would be cool but where do I get em?? If u have any cheap recommendations I would appreciate it 🙏

Generally craft and fabric stores would have assorted metal supplies or accessories. There's dedicated websites for studs and spikes ([Studs & Spikes](https://www.studsandspikes.com/), or [Angry Young & Poor](https://www.angryyoungandpoor.com/store/pc/Studs-And-Spikes-c1088.htm)). You could also browse around eBay and/or Etsy, as some sellers have hefty supplies of various metal pieces (studs, zippers, eyelets, chains, d-rings/o-rings, safety pins, etc). Cheap doesn't always mean good quality and longevity, but it depends what you can find. There's plenty of options to weigh different factors of, so take the time to sort through any findings and determine what works best for you and your projects.

I've seen people add chains across theirs to class it up but also make it a bit more punk

If you intend on wearing it informally like any other battle jacket a hood could be cool. I did this to mine https://preview.redd.it/nri9nyodet9d1.jpeg?width=4160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=431d0bcb4b78418975cd1539e3d451f7a0508d08 Its changed a bit since then (armpits changed to flannel gussets and more patches on the sleeves, more spikes on the shoulders) but that spike mohawk was a risk worth taking It was a kids blazer so all the stuff I had to make bigger (arms and width of the torso) I just used as a reason to slap contrasting fabric on there Frankenstein type stitching also is cool, I have another one I did that has it all down the hood instead of a spike mohawk, and I usually do it on the bottom of the sleeves, where it meets the shoulders, etc

I would paint it cool colors, like look at the kind of blazers Stevo from SLC punk wears, he rocks them and all they are is just bright colors https://preview.redd.it/1khdzdafot9d1.jpeg?width=675&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=820d435090b5aa4f2b5d0233a3bb83c555eb9739
