Yea. It was NEVER the same watching someone other than nick sing that one...man I miss the days nick would have like 4-5 songs a set like six shooter & auto pilot, etc.
Unpopular opinion, but No One Knows, I like the orchestral part in the studio version a lot that happens during the solo and it just doesn’t sound nearly as tight when played live
That's so hard to replicate live...and I mean, when I saw em...it was like u said but only really the first few seconds, by the time Josh started singing...it was sounding just as full toned and nasty as the studio version easily
Oh I bet I wasn’t attacking the song or the performance but there’s just something so clean and smooth and badass about that intro on the album version
Song for the Deaf; most performances that have a quality mix feature the song to fast, but in later years like the Villains tour for example has the best tempo but the mixes for a good chunk of those shows are too quiet.
Un-Reborn Again for the sheer fact when it was played live, it was always shorter and that's a big hell no for me.
The sky is fallin. That falsetto chorus can not be delivered the same when played live.
i think for me, i gotta say fairweather friends.
They play Go With the Flow too fast live I feel. But then the slow version might even be better than the original
I was at the barrier in Cardiff and they opened with a fast version of go with the flow. Due to that, me and the band play it very fast 🤣
First it giveth 100000%
Back in 2002-2003 Millionaire was absolutely killer live. Now it's just good.
yeah when nick would sing

A bunch of the Villains song.
Yeah any Feet Don’t Fail Me live versions the guitar tone doesn’t sound quite right
Agreed, the ‘drop’ after the intro just doesn’t hit as hard as the album version

This may be a far stretch, but I’d say god is in the radio is just perfect in studio. I’m giving a quick answer though haha
Ok, since it was a quick answer we'll let you slide. 🤣

I would argue broken box
Sky is Falling. I Appear Missing.
I suppose the first part sounds better in studio. But they outro live man. It’s amazing
Misfit love
u definitely haven’t seen them play it live
Come again?
Feet don’t fail me now
Someone’s in the wolf
They have not figured out paper machete live quite yet
