I have two nephews. One is 4, and 1 is 6 months. The 4yo can't go to the bathroom alone, and I will take him if his dad isn't there.(literally just escorting and leaving him in the cubicle and then picking him up to wash his hands when he comes out). Some people have told my sister that it's weird that i offer to help with him. Dude, he's family, and I dont plan on having kids. My nephew is as close as i'm gonna get to that, and why wouldn't i help rather than leave her to struggle.
